Great Steam Mop
I love this steam mop! It cleans so good and gets everything up I couldn’t get up myself and the steam is hot enough to sanitize things is great too besides cleaving my floor. I recommend this mop to anyone looking for a good steam mop it’s also a hand held steamer too many attachments that come in handy.

Some much to like about Leiksen
My first steam mop and not only is this product easy to use, adjust to different height levels for comfort, it is also pleasantly quiet. It’s sleek design and lightweight makes it comfortable to maneuver and store without the bulk. It gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I love it already! Also comes with a variety of attachments for handheld cleaning! Bonus!

Was useless to me
I really wanted to love this item. Where to start? The cord is too short, and is located on the side of the machine and gets in the way. The handle than coverts it into a hand held device does not stay in place and popped out during use, causing the machine to fall. The attachments are very small, and more suited for cleaning a doll house. One of brushes flatten during after the 1st use. The steam pressure is inconsistent and sputters. I didn’t feel like the machine got hot enough and to have to pre treat and used a lot of elbow grease to get corners. I didn’t this this product is well made, the accessories are cheaply made but overall it did not clean well at all

Overall pleased with purchase
Great value for the price paid. Its lightweight with a cord long enough to cover large areas. I wish it had a little more steam power, it seems to start really strong but dwindle a little as you use it, but lifting it for a second seems to bring it back. The attachments are easy to switch once you get the hang of it. I have only used a few times but overall am pleased with the results.

Good steam pressure and lightweight handling. 5 star.
UPDATE 9/1/2025. Customer service at Leiken Steam cleaner has been very good. They addressed my problem with a part that needed to be fixed, and gave me an Amazon gift card for my trouble. Another 5 Star rating for this.Nice, lightweight and steam is very hot. I used this for the 1st time today. My old steamer quit working and I had company coming. It cleaned my tile floors perfectly. Easy to fill, and empty after use. Also the extra pads from my old steamer fit this machine. I’d recommend this for any household use. Next I’m going to try the grout cleaning attachment in our shower. Customer service at the company was very responsive to a question I had after ordering this product. Extra stars for that

Cheap AF don’t buy
DO NOT BUY worked great. Used maybe 5 times in the month I had it. Neck snapped right off and crumbled maybe due to steam or heat damage (it’s a steam mop it should be durable enough) and when I went to return it/replace it the window of return opportunity has closed. Imagine that. So yea buy it if you are going to return it before a month cause it will break.
