Beautiful, cooks well, sturdy design
My husband told me I would not be happy with stainless, he said it would stick bad. I researched how do you stainless and learned how to preheat the pan properly. The first time I used it I didn’t heat it long enough, I didn’t realize what it meant for the water to dance. My bacon stuck. Now I enjoy watching the water dance, it excites me. These pans are beautiful, they’re a very sturdy weight but not too heavy to handle. They cook very quickly and distribute the heat well. The stay cool handles are a fantastic feature. They feel good and they stay cool on the stove top. Very sleek design that will not go out of style. Cleaning sometimes causes me to use a little elbow grease but I’m fortunate to be one of those people that learned what elbow grease was. It’s the most expensive set I’ve ever bought but I wanted something that I hope will last me the rest of my life and it was a fair price, especially because I got it during prime days at almost half price. I kept my old set until I was sure that I was going to like these but I’m ready to get rid of it now. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for something to last a long time. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great value and healthy option to nonstick.
Good quality, nice looking, heavy cookware that cooks food evenly. Fairly easy to clean as long as you season your pans first with things like frying eggs. Looks so good and far healthier an option than cooking out of nonstick cookware. Love the double boiler.

very good set of cookware
these pots and pans are amazing, i made a rookie mistake with the egg test and used olive oil(whoops) but after i burned the oil while waiting for it to heat up, i changed it and used vegetable (higher smoke point) and the egg test passed (fried and scrambled). no sticking. the heat distribution was very good with my glass top stove. and i used a sos pad and some elbow grease to clean it. it looked “used” obviously but everything came off so it’s clean and all i care about. if you’re considering i recommend you do your research as to how to properly cook with them, the water test, what oil to use, what temps, etc before buying. it can seem like a lot but personally id much rather the “work” than using non stick toxic pots and pans.

Stop living in the past!
Born in 1980 I grew up in the called “Revolution” of cookware. Made to think that Teflon was the new and exciting future we would all be cooking on for the rest of our lives. Throughout my 45 years, I’ve succumbed to the hype and have lived year after year with some new pot or pan enjoying my stovetop. And year after year, I’ve always had to either throw one away, or let it sit gathering dust from lack of use because it was unusable.That time is now at an end. EWFEN Cookware has been the best set of pans I’ve ever had. That plain simple design and the rule of keeping the heat to low end medium high has been a revolution in the house. I now have perfectly cooked dishes, a gorgeous set of pans and a very happy family. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.Your search ends here.

Seriously. What am I missing?
Firstly, I am not buying a brand. I am buying a tool.I have plenty of experience in the kitchen, both at home and professionally, and have used some of the best rated cookware available from some of the most recognizable brands. The price of this set and it’s quality rivals the top tier brands at a fraction of the expense. There are brands that for the price of this entire set, you can purchase a small sauce pan.I am considering purchasing a second set as I often run out of pans when cooking for large crowds and throwing the extras in my outdoor kitchen.The weight is substantial and the heavy duty riveted handles aren’t going anywhere. As for cleaning, stainless has its challenges, but proper technique in both cooking and cleaning is imperative. These aren’t teflon so you must use oil and the proper temperature before placing the product into the pan. That being said, deglazing and using a wooden spoon will easily loosen most stubborn food particles and residue.Overall, these pans are a value at double the price and I believe that will be reflected in the future. I am still wondering what I am missing because the price isn’t nearly what it should be compared to other brands.

Food sticks. Pretty item.
They are beautiful but unfortunately the food sticks real bad. Even with extra oil or butter. Doing an omelette alone doesn’t work. Heat distribution is good but you also have to learn to cook with less heat due to the material. Idk if the money value is worth it due to the sticking. Cleaning sucks. You need to leave it soaking and constantly scrub. I’m overall not pleased. Maybe I was doing something wrong but I tried different tactics with no luck. Here’s a photo on the sticking. I did not use all the pots. Figure I tried one or two first and if sticks this bad I don’t want to deal with the bigger meals.

I Expected Better
This cookware set came with a dent in a lid (picture attached). Food sticks to these pans like a magnet. They are hard to clean. They do an okay job of cooking food so I’m going to keep them and use them as a backup cookware set but I would not recommend them or purchase them again.
