4.Cleaning:Since our pans are hybrid and include stainless steel, temporary staining may occur. As our pans are safe to use with metal utensils, you can clean them with more abrasive sponges like steel wool. Expect a True Hybrid
This is a true hybrid pan – a great combo of stainless steel and non-stick. We have had them about 4 months now. We did the recommended seasoning of the pan upon purchase, which was not something I wanted to do, but it turned out to be easy and a no-brainer (just a little time consuming). They are not fully non-stick so they do make clean up a little bit more scrub work, but not a lot. Like, you don’t have to scrub them for days or soak them to get them clean – they will clean up well with a few more sponge strokes. I like that, while cooking, they brown better than a non-stick pan. They are a quality made pan with some weight to them, but they are well designed and not too heavy.

These pots and pans are truly great. I like the weight and they appear very durable. I also like the non stick feature and as long as you follow instructions that should never be an issue and they work fantastically on an induction cooktop. Moreover, the texture of the pans contributes to them being non-stick as well as stylish. It is unfortunate that different sizes and styles of pots and pans are not made by this company as the largest frying pan is barely big enough for my purposes and I need a much larger stock pot for soups. The pieces are also only sold as part of this specific set. While this set shipped very quickly I also purchased a cutting board made by the same brand and that was lost in China; perhaps the former was shipped from the US but I was disappointed to not receive the board. All in all it’s a great value for great craftsmanship and safely made products so I would highly recommend it if you know that the sizes and types will suit your needs.
