Easy set up, good quality.
This chair is sturdy and comfortable. The high-back design gives good support, and the leather feels solid. It adjusts easily and rolls smoothly on my floor. Setup was pretty easy. Overall, it’s a dependable office chair that looks good and does its job well.

Great Chair, Bad ArmrestsI’ve been on the search for a comfortable chair for a long time. This one is great in almost every way.- Really comfortable seat- Amazing inflatable lumbar support- Sturdy- SpaciousBUT… the arm rests are bad.They are not exactly the same height, and they are not adjustable.Meaning, I constantly find myself with bad shoulder pain if I rest my forearms on them while working.If they were adjustable, I think this would be the perfect chair.Thankfully, I can flip the arm rests up so they are out of the way and I can let my arms hang down — but of course this eventually causes strain on my wrists and then I go back to the arm rests.It’s a 1st world problem, I know, but I’ve been trying to find a chair that allows me to not have so much back pain from my hours and hours sitting at my desk working my butt off.

I got this chair for my home office and honestly it’s way better than I expected. The leather feels soft and the cushion is super comfortable, even after long hours sitting. I really like that the arms flip up so I can move it closer to my desk when I need more space.Assembly took me about 20 minutes, not too bad. The back support is great too, specially the part you can adjust with that pump thingy (wasn’t sure what it did at first lol).Only small thing, the seat could go a little bit higher for tall people, but still very good overall. Would definetly buy again.

Most Supportive and Comfortable Office Chair I’ve Owned
This is hands-down the best office chair I’ve owned so far. I work from home and have reached the age where proper support really matters, and this chair delivers in all the right places. The thick bonded leather feels high-quality, the ergonomic design makes long workdays much more comfortable, and the flip-up armrests are a great bonus. I upgraded to this chair for my home office and it’s been a game-changer. The high back gives solid head and shoulder support, the flip-up arms let me slide it under my desk easily, and the bonded leather looks sharp and cleans up well. It was easy to assemble (took about 20 minutes) and the tilt/lock and height adjust features make it comfortable for long work sessions. For the price, it’s a fantastic value. Highly recommended for anyone working from home.

Overall a good chair
UPDATE Feb 2025:Nearly 2 years on now of 8+ hours per day of use in my home office/music room. I’m 180 lbs/6’2″ so not exactly light weight, but also well within the weight limits of the chair. I can say that of 4 or so office chairs I’ve bought over the past 15 years or so from Staples, Office Depot and Amazon, this one has been by far the most durable and comfortable of them all. All of the others began to de-laminate the fabric within 1 year and become so uncomfortable to sit on for lack of cushioning that they had to be replaced at about the 2-3 year point. The seat bottom foam on this chair has degraded maybe 50% in the time I’ve owned it, but it remains comfortable enough for me and I can feel there is still some cushioning left. Surprisingly, the lumbar feature that I originally thought was pure gimmick, actually still works. I hadn’t even thought about it in the past year but noticed the pump balloon hanging down this morning and decided to play around with it. The first thing I noticed was it still air in the bladder from late 2023! Not all of the air from 2023, but it wasn’t completely flat either. The material remains in as-new condition with no seams parting, fake leather de-laminating, etc. Overall, I’m really surprised at how durable this chair has proven in my use case.UPDATE Nov 2023:I’ve had the chair in daily use in my home office now for 6 months. I use it 3-6 hours a day, or more, 7 days a week. The chair has held up well so far. The “leather” coverings are not beginning to peel, as they did on previous Amazon-branded executive chairs. However, the seat has flattened out and no longer has much in the way of cushioning. It is, however, not bad and there’s enough compressed material in the cushion to make the chair comfortable enough for my use.ORIGINAL May 2023: The chair requires some assembly, as expected, but in my case all the holes lined up and were properly threaded. The adjustable lumbar system doesn’t hold air, as other reviews point out, and the hose comes off easily but I fixed that with some small tie wraps.The important thing for me is how well the seat cushioning holds up. My last two chairs – one an Amazon Basics chair and the other from staples both became flat after just a few months. Neither were terrible, but definitely not made with durable cushioning. So far, after 2 months, the cushioning is still “OK”. It was only OK to begin with but it has remained unchanged until now – a good sign.I practice guitar and bass in the same chair in my home office, so the swivel arms are great, and feel solid when down.Overall, I’m pretty happy with the chair. I didn’t expect much from the adjustable lumbar feature, and I didn’t get much, so I’m not disappointed, but think they could have implemented this better

I just put the chair together, and it was very easy. The chair itself is very sturdy, and the seat cushion and backing are stiff/hard compared to other chairs I have tried, but still very comfortable. I don’t know what the advantage of the push-up armrests is, but the feature works well. The one feature that I bought the chair for is the pump-up lumbar support. I have to say, with lower back issues alone, this chair is a great buy. The only issue I have is being a 6’1 guy, the back is a little too low, and it’s very stiff to recline on easily. I have to scooch down a bit to take advantage of the headrest for that mid-day nap in my home office. All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

The chair was easy to assemble. Anyone who is even a bit handy should be able to do it on their own. It looks nice. The seat and backrest are fairly firm, although that might change with use. The backrest is a bit more upright than other chairs I have sat in and is not adjustable relative to the seat cushion. I am 6’1″ and 230 lbs and find it fairly comfortable. The inflatable lumbar support allows for some adjustment to suit the individual. Whether the bonded leather holds up decently or starts to flake off in a few months remains to be seen. For the price, I am very satisfied with the purchase.Update: I have been sitting on the chair for over two months on a daily basis and is it holding up well. One small thing: the fold up armrests are somewhat more outboard than on a typical chair, which means when you use both armrests your arms are a bit splayed out. This would also probably mean that for smaller users, the armrests are a bit far apart to comfortably use a keyboard with both arms on the armrests.

This chair is extremely comfortable. The faux leather is very soft and leaves a pleasant feel on the skin. Super easy to assemble, took me less than 15 minutes to assemble and it comes with the required tools as well for installation. Adjustable tilt clock works perfect too. Only area for improvement if they could add feature to adjust the back to may be straighten it further, otherwise its perfect.After using it for 3 days, I love spending more hours sitting on this comfortable chair and also its good plus size people with lots of space.Very strong, firm and looks very durable. I am sure positive that it will last few years.Overall happy with this purchase

I wish I could give 6 stars! Ive tried 4 different chairs this year, and this is the winner! Im 5’6″ and spend 8-12 hours in my home office. Chair #1: seat flattened after an hour and was hard as a rock. Chair #2: beautiful XL pink chair but was too high and didn’t have proper back support. Chair #3: too high, no back support, and seat was rock hard. THIS is Chair #4: perfect back support, soft padding, firm but comfortable seat, and my feet are flat on the floor. To say I’m extatic is an understatement!!
