Our Company History
In 1928, at the age of twenty-two, Peter Beilenson began printing books on a small press in the basement of his parents’ home in Larchmont, New York. Peter—and later, his wife, Edna—sought to create fine books that sold at prices even a pauper could afford.
Today, still family owned and operated, Peter Pauper Press continues to honor our founders’ legacy—and our customers’ expectations—of beauty, quality, and value.

Funny and helps with productivity
This was a gift for my nephew and it was perfect for graduation with a gift card. Sometimes kids need to know that adulting is difficult and the small things need to be completed so you can move on to the more important things.

Great for prioritizing daily tasks. 4.5 stars.
I liked this notepad for tracking daily tasks. I really need a one-day-at-a-time planner / to do list and this was helpful. I liked having the different task bubbles and the checklist on the side.As someone with ADHD, this is a useful to do list because you can focus on one day at a time without having to obsess about other tasks you need to do that month.I have two issues with traditional planners. One, is that I have have to be able to look at one day at a time (without seeing the whole week every time) because looking at a whole month or whole week triggers overwhelm when I have a lot of tasks on my plate. Two, too much white space is also hard because then I’m thinking about all that space I need to fill. And with general to do lists, they often don’t prioritize by the type of task and the urgency level. This notepad was great for just focusing on today with a section for tasks that can wait until tomorrow. I like that it has sections for general tasks and a different section for appointments and another one for phone calls/emails that need to be done. It’s simple and clear without having too many bells and whistles. The only negative for me is that since it is a daily to do list only, I don’t have a quick view of the week as a whole and sometimes I might forget something that I was supposed to move to later in the week.Sometimes my priorities change as new assignments come in, so I need both a short view / to do list for the whole week and then daily task sheets to show me just what I need to do for that day. I ended up buying another planner that does both so I can quickly reference upcoming tasks, but I have one page per day to see what is immediately in front of me.I would rate the Adulating Note Pad 4.5 stars because it is great for those who need to just focus on the day at hand without getting overwhelmed or distracted. I especially recommend this for those who are neurodivergent and don’t do well with traditional planners or appointment books.

I think that these are really cute, but it was just not what I was looking for. Still super fun.

The paper is nice and thick so there is no bleeding through to other sheets, even when used with an ink pen. The pages tear off easily, and the back of them are blank so I keep the old sheets and use them as scrap paper for note taking and things. They’re colourful, so although I could lay out a piece of paper in the same way, it’s much nicer to have something pleasing to look at, and less effort too!Helpful that it allows you to prioritise things, and order separate out appointments and people to contact. Separating things out into different categories helps them feel less overwhelming and allows me to pan and prioritise a little better, but that’s just me and we’re all different. Even if you don’t tick off the whole page, it’s often possible to clear a whole section. There’s a few printed things already on the page to tick off – basic tasks like eating, showering, wearing matching socks…A little bit of humour helps take the sting out of begrudgingly having to function like an actual adult, and the sense of accomplishment is well worth it.

I love making to-do lists and this puts a fun twist on it. The separate sections for apointments, errands and people to contact are helpful. After all, not all “to-do”s are created equal.
