Extended storage on the run is a go!
The 1TB hard drive is small, compact, and offers plenty of storage space. As shown in picture its almost as small as a controller. It was easy to set up and connects quickly via Bluetooth. However, I noticed it made my PS4 run slower and lag in online games. It was compatible with my phone, ps4 and xbox. The included cord is also pretty short — a longer one would make it more convenient. Overall, it’s decent for storage, but performance could be better.

Device has hardware failure after one use, don’t waste your money!
I wish I could give this no stars but Amazon won’t allow that. I purchased it, used it one time to transfer files to it. And just tried to use it again to add more files and all it is doing is beeping and won’t show up on my laptop. I googled about the beeping and it stated it is a hardware failure. Now I can’t access my files or use it. Now I have to seek a data discovery servicer to try and save and retrieve my data. I am so pissed. What a complete waste of money. Don’t buy this, it is worthless.

the box is recording our streaming TV perfectly and that the support service is tremendous giving us step by step solutions to handle the operations with our Firestick when we just couldn’t figure it out ourselves. You just use the barcode on the support documentation and text your issues. Thank you.
Cliente Amazon –

I ordered the 500GB hard drive last week, I saved some files on it, and then when I re-plugged it in my computer the hard drive wouldn’t appear and wouldn’t work. I contacted the customer service and they were so quick to reply and sent me a new hard drive which was delivered in 24hrs. The new hard drive worked perfectly!
