Great steam mop
Used for the first time in kitchen, bath and foyer. Does not leave any streaks. Have not experienced the handle getting hot. Cleaned the grout area in the shower. So far, so good.
Tee –
Beware. Leaks & burns.
When it heats up, the long attachment joints become loose and leak hot water including on your foot and it burns. It accumulates water at the top of the mop part. Not sure if thats leaking to. All of the black fasteners were snapped in place correctly. Beware.

So far, I like this steam mop. It comes with a hanger to hang it on too. We just have to find where we want to put it. It also cleans very well!

It did not have any attachments to clean carpet even tho the ad said it cleaned carpet, seemed very flimsy
