Great set and experience
Great patio set looks amazing and very comfortable. Instructions were easy to handle and everything came correct. Did find a problem with the patio and reached out via email was greeted by cherry and it got handled very fast and in a timely fashion will buy more in the future.

Don’t Buy!
Horrible! Pieces didn’t have the correct holes to put it together. There was no way of contacting customer service! Would never buy from them again! Thankful for Amazon for making the return as easy as possible though.

Sturdy Set, Just Tricky to Assemble
This outdoor set was definitely challenging to put together—lots of bolts and nuts—but I read the reviews beforehand, so I was prepared. Once assembled, it is very sturdy and makes a great addition to my outdoor space. My only issue is with the glass on the table: the suction isn’t holding, so the pieces tend to shift or fall. Other than that, I’m happy with the set.

Great Patio Set and Great Customer Service
I would HIGHLY recommend this patio set!! I was surprised when one single box came that this all fit inside. There are a lot of pieces however it was so easy to put together. One piece was missing. I emailed the company and Cherry, a customer representative, got back to me within 12 hours. She solved the problem and had what we needed in the mail within 24 hours of sharing my dilemma. Not only is the patio set comfortable and stylish but their customer service is supreme.

Too small n low to the ground it look like a kids furniture would not recommend n the seats are short it’s like sitting on the end of the couch not enough sit back ..hate it

Fast delivery
Not the easiest to put together. All parts came in one box which was crazy to me. But each part requires like 8 hex screws. Do yourself a favor and go get an automatic screwdriver and don’t use the tool they give you. You will spend hours putting them all in. But other than that it was straightforward and looks great on our patio!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Everything in one box couple of the pieces were bent some assembly means assemble everything and it’s very short

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The water resistant is no joke and it just encountered it first storm and the cushions didn’t even budge, that’s a deal breaker for me! Putting together took a couple hours. It was not complicated just time consuming.
