What a great functional coffee mug. I was skeptical in buying this but sure glad I did. After being fully charged it kept the coffee warm for two hours off the charging port. It probably would have kept it warm longer but I thought two hours was good enough. The packing was phenomenal. The mug and the charging port were surrounded in heavy duty styrofoam and wrapped in a plastic bag. The cord was wrapped in a plastic bag and stuck inside the mug. Instructions are easy to follow. I cannot comment on battery life because I just received them.

Great mug for the price
I previously had an Ember mug that I loved. I bought this particular mug because I loved the color and the price was reasonable.Overall, this mug works as well as the Ember mug for half the price and I would definitely buy it againBattery life is good. I do wish the battery held a little longer. The temperature is right on spot and with no app to mess with, it’s very easy to use.The only real complaint is the button to turn the mug on is not in a great place and it can be a bit of a struggle to adjust the temperature

It doesn’t stay one like the Ember
You have to turn it in when using each time. Still, it works great and is much less expensive than an Ember which I’ve had (2) malfunction due to the contact rings on the bottom of the cup burning out

Not worth it!!
It only worked for a short while. Threw it in the trash. Don’t waste your money on this. I had bought 2 of them & they went out at the same time. Only lasted a month!!

Failed after four months of daily use
This was a great coffee mug until it wasn’t. Great price and worked much better on keeping the coffee HOT not just warm like many other brands. Mug has now failed (I had it only four months) and their customer service will not respond to my requests for replacing the mug. I am back to trying to find the best smart coffee mug at a fair price.I have now made three attempts to contact Tronco for warranty support and have not received any response. It appears others have had my same experience of a failed mug and receive no support from Tronco.

Best heated mg for the price. (Better than Ember)
This cup is exactly what I needed — something to keep my coffee hot while I work all day. I had previously used the Ember Mug, which unfortunately stopped working. This one costs only a fraction of the price, and I like it better. All controls are built into the mug itself, so there’s no need to mess around with an app on your phone. Simple, practical, and it keeps my coffee hot — perfect!
