These totes are my absolute favorite! I buy these every time I need more. Not because they break or wear out, but because I keep expanding my storage needs! LOL So, these totes are clear making it easy to see what is in it and if there is any room left. They are very lightweight but I have never had an issue with breaking or cracking. I don’t coddle them, but I don’t toss them around. They have a gasket seal which does pull out at times, but is nothing to lay back into the track. I guess you could glue them down, but it’s never been enough of an issue for me to mess with it. The gasket has been wonderful in preventing moisture, dust, and even the beetles that seem to find their way into even my sealed boxes. There are 6 different “locks” on these ensuring a tight seal and fit. They stack together nicely making it easy to separate all my different seasonal decorations. I find that they are the perfect size for me. They are large enough to hold quite a bit, but I can’t put so much in them that I struggle to handle them (as I have done EVERY time with larger totes.) They also have wheels on them and a pull handle which is marvelous as I store them in my barn and have to transfer them to the house to load and unload them for the holiday. Now, I have read reviews complaining about the fasteners/locks not being in place. It’s true that I have to put on at least a couple of them every time I get a new batch. It’s not a big deal. Place the pin portion of one side in the hole and then use a pair of pliers to pull out on the clear plastic just a nudge until the other side clicks into place. I personally have never had a problem with them being loose or falling back off. We have also used them on camping trips, have washed dogs in them, and I have one with wood in it on the porch. I can pull it in for the fireplace and I don’t end up with snags in my clothes, bark and wood pieces trailing me, and I can bring in a lot more in it than if I carried it. These are very versatile and functional and I feel they are a better value than others the same size which do not have wheels or the lid gaskets, but are roughly the same price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these for the seal; however, I was surprised I was able to transfer 2 (what I thought were large) bins into 1 of these!  They are HUGE and no air gaps!  Really appreciate the 6 clips all the way around the lid to lock the lid into place.Protection:The gaskets around the lid are a nice feature to cushion the lid when seated while also providing an air tight seal.  We’ll see how long they will last and if any bugs make it through.Sturdiness:Super thick plastic with very sturdy and air tight lids.  Makes me feel more comfortable that bugs won’t get into my Swarovski Christmas ornaments again when stored in the basement garage.Value for money:A bit pricey – but worth every cent!

I’ve had a smaller variety of these clear gasket storage boxes for many years and they hold up well, with the gasket not apparently degrading for at least 10 years. These new totes I purchased were the 120L ones with wheels and a handle. They seem great so far. Large capacity and both the totes and lids seem sturdy. They do nest inside each other for storage when empty, so they take up a lot less space if you’re only using them for temporary storage.I plan to use these to store off-season clothing and other items in my garage to relieve the limited storage space in my house. The gaskets on these are nice to exclude the bugs and other critters you might encounter in a garage, so I feel that these will be an excellent storage solution.The only issue I had with this order was that one of the two boxes I received (I ordered a 6-pack, so it arrived as two boxes of three) had damage to the totes. All three lids in that box were cracked – some so badly that the plastic on one corner had shattered and left large holes in the lid, as well as one of the totes being badly cracked as well. Several of the handles had fallen off as well, although those could probably have been put back in place. Oddly enough, there was no obvious damage to the cardboard shipper box. I believe the plastic these totes are made of may just be a bit brittle, so I recommend using caution when moving them to avoid dropping them – especially on edges or corners – on hard surfaces, especially in the cold.The seller was very good about resolving my issue quickly, however, so I am hopeful that I will receive a replacement box with three totes without damage in a day or two.
