Steamer did not power on. I assembled mop, filled water, plugged in and turned on….nothing. Thinking I may have missed something, (it’s super easy to assemble), I reassembled and tried again. I tried several plugs in the house, but it’s defective. No seller support and manual is laughable. The discount is not worth repacking it and taking to ups. I would have bought the Bissell on discount at a slightly higher price for something that worked.

Not great
Leaves way too much water on the floor and dries as streaks
