    Wow! More than I expected.
When I first connected the sound bar I was underwhelmed by the lack of low frequency output. Down loaded the Sonos app and performed the Trueplay procedure. What a difference! No, it isn’t as dramatic as a what sub woofer could produce but I am very happy with the balanced sound it provides. The clarity of dialog and singers voices is really outstanding. I had been using a pair of Klipsch bookshelf speakers connected to the TV. They were just ok, better than the TVs speakers but nowhere near the output from this sound bar. I’ve shied away from soundbars with subwoofers because of the gimmicky, artificial sound they produce. The standalone Sonos Beam in my mind delivers a more natural sound experience. A surprise was the ability to stream music content from my mobile device as well as content from the Sonos app.I’m a 78 year old senior. If I can navigate the technology there is no need to fear it. Every thing in the set up was straight forward with absolutely no glitches.

A perfect system for old and young alike!
Okay, I am a disabled vet with hearing aids. This sound bar, along with two Era 300 surround speakers and a sub woofer is absolutely fantastic. I can hear things that I haven’t heard in years. The setup went well with no problems. Did the room tuning and connected my music service account. My living room is about 16 x 16 and I didn’t have room for the larger soundbar so I tried this one, and WOW! This will give me hours of pure enjoyment…highly recommend the system.

    Great for the price
Very much plug and play although it requires you to download the app. It is a good product for the price and works with my Samsung tv. Compatible with Spotify, Android, and iOS. Sound works well and fills the room,

Excellent Sound with Dolby Atmos — Just Wish It Had Optical Input
The Sonos Beam Gen 2 (Black) is a great addition to my Sonos setup. I already have a Play:5, Sub, and a Playbar — all still working perfectly — but the Beam Gen 2 really stands out with its compact size and support for Dolby Atmos. The sound is immersive, especially for its size, and it fits well in smaller spaces without sacrificing quality. My only small gripe is that I wish it included a secondary connection option like an optical input. It comes with an HDMI-to-optical adapter, but a dedicated port would’ve been more convenient for some setups. That said, if you’re looking for a step up in features and sound, especially with Atmos, the Beam Gen 2 is a great choice. And if you want the best Sonos has to offer for home theater, I’d recommend going for the Sonos Arc.

Sonos, easy setup and improved sound
It took me a long time to pull the trigger on this soundbar. I read review after review. Why did I want a sound bar….I have a Samsung Smart “Big Screen” TV but was always dissatisfied with the sound quality from the on board speakers, even when I tried the different settings. My wife did not want lots of speakers and “stuff” but was ok with a neat sound bar. I looked for something with reasonable reviews and not over the top expensive. After much work I eventually selected the Sonos over several alternatives. It arrived and I set it up using the instructions, worked straight from box, no issues at all, so 5* for that. Second, the immediate difference in sound quality was great improvement over the on board TV speakers, I switch from TV to soundbar several times to make sure I was just not being biased because I wanted the soundbar to be better, it was, so 5*. I then scrolled through my FIOS channel selector and selected big sound movies, sports with crowd background, studio debates, nature shows with animal sounds with narration, cartoons and studio news programs, they all sounded better on the Sonos so another 5*. Lastly the looks, it is sleek enough to be unobtrusive and sits on a shelf under the TV without really being noticeable at all so another 5*.Overall I am very pleased with the decision to purchase this soundbar. I can’t vouch for how much better or worse it is than any other soundbar, but it was worth the money for how much better it is compared to the TV speakers

Truth and honesty that’s what we hope to see in mankind
Customer should know that this product is misleading to the consumer when I received it on Saturday. My wife gave it to me on Sunday. I spent the whole evening putting it up in programming. It only need to find that it did not have any volume whatsoever when it came to streaming for my computer when you went to the TV the volume went up a little, but that is all I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon. The manufacturer told me that the profit margin on this product was great for Amazon and you need to go back to Amazon to get a return. Amazon told me to go back to the manufacturer so I sit here wondering why do I have to go back-and-forth why can’t they honor the return policy? Meanwhile, the cost of this item has gone down but still being sold. Someday honesty will take place but for me it’s not today. Think twice before you purchase they promise you all kinds of things but good luck on getting him to honor it my name is Randy. I have retired so I live on a fixed income, but the grid out there is overwhelming. Thank you.

Excelente producto.Gracias por leer la reseña.

Simply put – the fit and finish of this products is perfect. You have to get up very close to the soundbar to see that it is mounted on this. If you own a Sonos Beam and want to wall mount it or mount it below an articulated TV (as I did – I used this with the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount Kit) this is the bracket to buy.

Super easy set up. Sonos app is easy to navigate, pairing up with the tv is a click of a button. I was hesitant buying this late in 2025 I’m sure there’s better home soundbars considering this one isn’t a recent release, but the sound is really good. Tenfold over the speakers from your TV most likely. I have it paired with a Samsung TV. It’s subtle design is nice and it’s surprisingly small, I tried one out in store but seeing and hearing it at home is next level when you consider it’s a quiet space etc. my living room isn’t big it’s on the smaller side, so I doubt I could go wrong with any speaker as such. This was an upgrade from a different brand and it’s noticeably better. Looks great. Connected with Spotify etc super easy and has lots of control for volume. I wouldn’t worry about set up at all if your hesitant, I’d also consider buying more from Sonos maybe the sub or something just to add extra depth (not sure if that’s at all necessary given my space but we’ll see). Highly recommend this soundbar for small spaces, can’t speak to larger spaces but it’s for sure powerful enough.
