Received well packaged pillow. Upon opening there was no noticeable smell could use it the 1st night. I love the Emircey cervical neck pillow. Took some getting used to as it is very different from a conventical pillow. Start to notice a difference in my neck comfort and sleep quality. The contour design gives perfect support without feeling too firm, and it keeps my neck aligned as i am a side sleeper. Give it a try, I think you’ll fall in love with sleeping again!

The pillow is comfortable and was helpful to my neck pain. It helped to keep me lying straight for ease of pain. I did get a good nights sleep. I am thinking of buying another. I didn’t put a cover on it so it got a little dirty pretty quick. But I am still using it. It had a good feel.

I was skeptical. Let’s be honest, I’ve bought more “revolutionary” pillows than I care to admit. But this pillow? It’s the real deal. It’s a 5-star masterpiece that has officially retired my old, lumpy cotton friend.Some Quick notes:The pillow itself comes with it’s own pillow case with a button in the middle to hold it in-place where the head sits. I don’t feel the button at all. It is wide and has a nice smooth rounded surface.I haven’t decided which side I enjoy sleeping on more (rotating around top vs bottom; not the flipping over… that would be awkward)After opening the pillow, I did allow it to sit on my desk while it fully puffed out; Took about a day to fully plump out from it’s rolled up packaged form. There was no odor.What I Love:The Arm Nook is a Game Changer: For my fellow side-sleepers who are constantly trying to find a home for that one arm that seems to have a mind of its own (the one that always ends up jammed under the pillow or going numb), this is your sanctuary. The curved design perfectly accommodates my preferred sleeping position with my arm comfortably up. It’s like the pillow was custom-molded for the “side-sleeper with an aspirational arm stretch.”The Chin Support is Subtle, But Crucial: This is where the “support” part really shines. I find that when I’m on my side, the contour provides just the right amount of lift and firm support right under my chin. I’ve tried 3 different types of ergonomic pillows and this is by far the best. My neck does not hurt anymore and the side-sleeping is comfortable with spaces for arms on each side. I think that this helped get rid of my frozen shoulder but that could be a coincidence. Highly recommended!
