Good product for price
Love the double-sided steam mop pad—just flip it and keep going! It does get a little stiff after washing and drying, but as soon as you turn on the steam, it softens right up and cleans very well. I’m very pleased with the accessories too.

Heats fast
As far as how well it works, it’s 5 stars. It heats up very fast and lifts the dirt off fast smooth glide. I also liked how easy it was to assemble. What I don’t like is the handle is uncomfortable my hand started hurting. The handle is to short the tank doesn’t hold all the water it could possibly hold due to the placement of the opening is smack in the middle of the tank so you can only fill it halfway. The cord is also short so you Don’t get a very long reach. It’s Definitely cheaply made. I also did like extra attachments. Overall I don’t think I would reorder if and when it dies.
