I love mopping now!
I would buy this again. In fact I have!I bought one for an elderly family member who was having a hard time pushing a mop back and forth (along with all the other daily chores in life). And this made a “daunting” task much easier. After seeing how much he loved it and how it just made moping so effortless, I got one for myself, not that I needed it but I liked how it made me excited about mopping. Ahh it’s the little things!It gives a nice deep clean without all the manual labor. Its so easy to manuver I can hold it with a finger and it does the work for me. Just point and it goes. (Now I dont do that the entire time I’m using it, but you get the point.)It uses distilled water which is normal for steam machines and I can do an entire room on level three with a full tank or do three rooms on level one, more or less. The cord length is generous. I like that it has lights in the lower front to help show the dirt and that the lights are easy on the eyes because they’re not in your direct line of sight. That was smart and great for light sensitive people. I like that im using less chemicals in my house to clean since its just steam, but it works so well to get up stuff a vacuum can’t.Because it’s steam it takes a little while to dry the floors so I plan my route to where I’m ending at a couch or another room that I don’t need to do so I can hang out and do things like amazon reviews while it dries. And there will be swirl marks as you mop but they go away once it dries. I’m planning on getting another set of the washable pads so I can separate kitchen, bath, living room etc. It seems to be well made. It’s definitely worth the money spent.It’s a perfect gift for an elderly person, anyone who needs to take it easy on their body or anyone who wants to deep clean with ease. I bet the kids would even start mopping with this thing. I’d say it’s totally worth it. Give yourself a break and get it, or even gift it.

This has a few pros and cons. I have bought the Bissell stick steam mop, three or four times over 20 years. It’s a great mop, but I only get about three years out of one and it’s double the price. I only use distilled water, but somehow the little ball inside the steamer deteriorates. This shark has consistent steam, which can be good or bad. I wish it would shut off immediately when put into an upright position. I would prefer that it had the capability to stand upright on its own, which is slightly annoying. Also, the cord length could go a little further. It does though, produce a good steady steam and great way to clean floors properly. For now, my hope is it lasts longer than three years.I do not see any metal piece used in the water reservoir, but We will find out.

Impressed with how easy and how clean this left my floor spotless in no time. Very smooth operation, no streaking at all. Mop is light and having the steam output adds that extra boost of cleaning in areas that need it. No bending over to clean traditional mop and having to refill clean water in the basin. Highly recommend.

Great product
Wonderful….quiet and effective. I am not sure if this is mentioned in the manual, but I find that after using the device and emptying the water container before storing (as recommended), it’s a good idea to store that empty water container separately from the mop to let the little sponge inside the hole of the mop that holds that container dry out between uses. I would think this keeps that sponge fresh and mold free.

El primer día que lo use no me pareció tan increíble como decían las comentarios, luego al día siguiente le di una segunda oportunidad y así sucesivamente me di cuenta que fue la mejor compra que hice en el 2021… el piso lo deja perfecto, no pule pero el brillo que se ve no tiene comparación a cuando lo haces con jerga. Me encanta que solo uso poca agua y no uso más líquidos químicos. Mi esposo dice que siente hasta la diferencia cuando anda descalzo e incluso nuestras plantas de los pies ya no quedan tan sucias como antes. Diario lo uso y hasta ahora lo amo.Todo mundo debería tener uno!Llegó antes de tiempo!

Love this steamer. My first steamer so I have no other product to compare it to, but it does a great job cleaning. Cord is long which is a bonus. The dirt on the mop cloth after a cleaning on my ceramics is impressive, and tiles have never looked better. (Use the highest steam setting for ceramics). However this model does not have a grout cleaner head, so doesn’t get into the groves for my grout, but I am ok with that.For my hardwood, I have found for it to work best that you need a brand new clean mop cloth after cleaning ceramics (buy extra for yourself separately, you will need them), and put on lowest steam setting. Move quick over wood, and then always rest the steamer on a ceramic area of your home if taking break from hardwood floor cleaning, not on the wood as too much water sitting on hardwood is bad for the wood. I like to buff damp hardwood floor with a separate dry hardwood floor mop, one that I already had, as this takes off the damp haze that might form, which makes the hardwood floor look shiny brilliant! I also use the same technique for my basement’s laminate wood floors, and works really well there as well.I actually love cleaning my floors now and don’t avoid it, lol!
