I am a diehard shark brand fan. I like the dual headed steam mop because when one side gets dirty, you can flip the mop pad over and steam with the other side. It is always good to get extra steam pads so that your floor stay pristine and you can change the pads when you go from room to room. The shark brand is good quality and is always consistent performance. I own several vacation rentals, and we always equipped each home with a shark steam up for sanitation reasons as well as the powerful quality of killing bacteria and sanitizing.

I really like this steamer, but I wish it had a wand feature so that I could clean the cracks and crevices. I plan to buy the upgraded model when this one stops working. It works perfectly for large surfaces. You can clean anywhere from 500 to 1000 square feet with just one pad. I would recommend purchasing extra pads when you buy this item.

The mop heads stay on with Velcro and the mopping is easy. Works wonderful for all my tile floors!
This is a great mop for the price. Easy to use. It has two setting. Dry and steam, has a good size reservoir. I bought extra mop heads as well.After you use them they can be washed in the washer.

Worked for 3 uses and then stopped heating. This is my second shark mop that has completely sucked. Never buying shark brand anything again

Can’t imagine my life without it!
This is my second shark mop. The last one lasted about 4 years with almost daily use. So when it quit on me, I didn’t hesitate to buy another one. It works great and the pads that come with it are soft enough to not scratch floors but have enough texture to scrub dirt and leave floors clean and beautiful. I have an Airbnb that I clean almost daily as well as my house and I love it like no other. It is also small enough to store without taking up a lot of space and heats up quickly. Plus, the pads are easily thrown into the washer to clean and be ready for the next use.
