Great product, works perfect
The automatic stirring function works great. For anyone who says the heating function doesn’t work isn’t waiting long enough. The only reason the light flashes is its waiting to get up to temperature. I have no complaints about this product.

Didn’t heat.
I gave this cup as a present to my daughter-in-law on her new job. The cup failed to heat from the beginning, right out of the box. She didn’t want me to feel bad so she didn’t let me know. My son recently told me, but too late to return it.

I bought this for my mom who loves tea and tried multiple outlets but was never able to get it to make even a cup.

Doesn’t work as described.
I love the idea of keeping the coffee hot, but unfortunately that’s not the case with this. I feel like there might be a short in the cup due to it blinking off and on instead of staying lite up all the time. Therefore not keeping the coffee hot like it should. At first the coffee did stay hot for a long period of time, but that was ver short lived. I was very disappointed. I would have asked for a replacement, but was afraid I’d have the same problem with another one so I didn’t.
