How to turn on the power?
Long press the button 1-2s to turn on, the next 3 times the button can switch to the corresponding gear, the fourth is to switch to the off state.
Is it necessary to match with the base to play the role of heat preservation？
The cup itself has a battery, the cup can be detached from the charging base to run the heating function alone before the battery in the cup runs out.
Can it be charged when it is empty?
It can be charged without liquid. If there is no liquid to heat, the display will show E1 and the cup will automatically turn off the heating function after 10s.
Can I keep the charger plugged in all the time?
It is better to unplug the charger when it is not in use, because too much lack of power and too much charging are damaging to any battery.
Can I put mug in the microwave or dishwasher?

I love this mug, just what I’ve been looking for!!!
I had been looking for something like this and I ordered it because of the great reviews. I was so excited when i received it, I charged it and used it right away. It worked wonderfully the first time. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it again it wouldn’t heat up, it would start blinking and shut off. I let it charge for a while, tried it again and it didn’t work. I had ordered 6 others for gifts, sad to say 3 others didn’t work right out of the box. I returned them all. The manufacturer reached out to me explained the mug and to have liquid in it otherwise an error code would pop up and shut off. They sent me a new mug to try it again. I’ve had it for about a week now and it’s worked perfectly!!! My coffee or tea stays hot for hours! The battery lasts for hours. I used it on a car work trip that lasted for 3 hours, no problem whatsoever. If you want to keep it hot for longer time, just use the charger. They have different colors, I got the burgundy, am thinking of ordering the blue and other colors for gifts.The mug is great and so is the customer service. I am happy I had chance to give it another try. Thank you!!!

This self-heating mug is one of the best purchases I ever made. It is larger than other mugs on the market and the perfect size for the large Virtuo pods I make. It feels great on the lips, keeps coffee at the exact temperature Ii want it to for long enough for a slow coffee sipper like me. It is also super easy to clean – just let some water sit in it for a couple minutes and wipeout with a paper towel. One of the best things about it is the superb customer support of the seller. Be sure to register the mug via the card that comes in the box. If you ever have an issue, email them and they respond very quickly and replace the product super fast. Everyone should have a business model like that- I wouldn’t think of buying a mug from anyone else. That’s how you keep customers coming back. I often wish they made other products too, I’d absolutely buy from them more. Highly recommend!

Good cup
The heating function is good but I wouldn’t use it as a kettle. I heat up my drink (tea/coffee) then hold it at the lowest setting for drinking. It has 3 settings 120F, 135F, 150F. When I put in the coffee at 170F the temp will read at 170F and I read the temp as it drops then holds at the temp setting you chose. So I can watch it for when it reaches drinking temps. The temps are also on both sides of the cup so lefties and righties can read the temp with no problems. That’s enough for me to want to buy another. It does hold the temps fairly well but you want to leave the lid on if your not actively trying to cool the drink down. It can bring the temperatures up from zero but it takes a while. It almost doesn’t move if the lid is off. The battery lasts about 2.5 hours at 120F. You can leave it on the charger and it’ll run all day. However you have to remove it, turn it on, then place it back on the charger. I have not noticed a hot outside skin of the cup. Either from the drink or the battery. It’s always been room temp. Even when the inside water is boiling.Detractors. It’s small. The cup portion doesn’t seem to hold as much because it has the heating element and battery. I haven’t measured but it doesn’t feel like the 20oz or whatever it was advertised as. It’s a minor one because it refills just as fast. It should come with two chargers. Or at least allow me to buy another one. One for the couch and one for next to the coffee pot.

Reports accurate current temp and is quick to heat up.
I would not recommend putting cold water in a cup like this to heat up but I purchased two for my father-in-law and he ended up keeping the other. Both cups were solid options. This one heated up from the cold state to temp faster, but it is a larger diameter cup so the heating element might be larger. The dual displays is nice for a left-hander but I found he drinks with his right anyway so that was a no factor for him. Blue color was nice and controls were easy to use. we both liked the readout of current temp as well as being able to sett your set temp on the scree. Much easier to see if you have a hard time with the small dots on other cups that show the current temp setting. He ended up choosing the visually smaller cup (smaller diameter opening. However, both cups stored the same amount of liquid and weighted just about the same.

I’m loving this mug and use it daily for hot cup of coffee and tea. Normally after getting my beverage before I had the mug, I got called for meetings or discussion, thus had to drink cold beverage, this mug works perfectly for me, cold coffee no more! Yay! it’s a bit heavy due to the battery but no big deal. I was using this with step down transformer initially as manual says to use 110v only and it was a hassle. However, I’ve noticed the adapter supports 100v to 240v and emailed to support and they’ve confirmed that 220v is supported. I’m using it in Singapore, so just need to get a plug converter and it works perfectly. Got a card that ask to register within 7 days of purchase and get 2 years warranty. Highly recommended mug!

Average product with high price
The cup is very nice if you want a constant temperature for coffee or tea. The mug seems unreasonably heavy when first picking it up. It takes some getting used to. The cup is very wide and shallow when compared to other mugs, this isn’t necessary a huge issue but does have a distinct feel when drinking from it.The biggest complaint is the price point and battery life. This is not a value option but is very expensive when looking at a ceramic mug. The biggest issue is battery life and the degradation of it. After one month, the battery life is half of what it was initially. This is a huge issue if you’re in meetings or not at a desk all day. This mug’s battery is all self contained and is not accessible for replacement.This is okay if you’re looking for a novelty and hate drinking cold coffee. A candle warmer or hot pad would be significantly more economic.

I ordered this cup on AmazonUK, but it came with an American plug. This is a wonderful coffee mug, (I have one here in the US), but I ordered one for my son-in-law in England and they sent it without a proper connection. It has a USA plug-in so they cannot use it or it will burn out quickly as it is not made for their system. And now I can not return it.
