Really work great
Not heavy, a very nice medium weight. Very sturdy and durable. Cooks great. Recommend using low to low/medium heat. Heated quickly on my gas stove but felt it may burn food fast if left on higher heat setting. Very easy to clean. My Salmon stuck a little but was easy to remove. Nice sizes. Would recommend.

Good quality cookware
I use Hex Clad in my home and I needed a good set of pots, pans, and skillets for the RV. I did not want to pay the price for Hex Clad as it’s gotten ridiculously expensive. So I took a shot at these. They are good. They are as non-stick as the Hex Clad. They seem to be as durable, but time will tell. They look good and clean up easily. The 10 piece set has a great size selection of pots, skillets, and lids. I believe these are a very good value for the cost.

Excellent Value for the Money!
Just received and only used once, so will update in 6-months. These pans look great, are well built, and easily as good (probably better) than Hexclad, and appear nearly the same! They have the same coating on the bottom of the pans as they do inside. They are dishwasher safe, though you should probably run them on the quick cycle so the abrasive detergent doesn’t ruin the coating. It takes some time to get used to cooking on medium/low heat, as these pans heat VERY evenly, and high heat can ruin the coating. The pans themselves are heavy, 3-layer clad stainless steel, but the pan handles, lid handles (including lid rims) are aluminum, though they are well built too. The lid vent hole has a stainless steel rivet. These were a much better value and higher quality than I was expecting at this price point, as I was only looking to replace the “less than stellar” non-stick cookware I currently have. I would highly recommend this set to anyone who wants higher quality cookware at a fraction of the cost!

My new favorite pan
I love this pan! My new favorite.It is very naturally non stick. I’ve been sautéing foods in it and using spoons or even forks – and no scratches happen to the coating because of the material is made out of.It is good size and ready to handle. Not too heavy but still has a thick enough bottom for things not to get burned fast. It is very easy to clean – dishwasher does a great job. I feel like it’s great quality and totally worth the money paid for it!

Food Will
VERY disappointing. I expected non-stick to actually repel food that sticks similar to the way our prior nonstick performed. We just unpacked this brand and used it to cook dinner. Unfortunately one piece of chicken stuck to the surface and burned/charred. Putting the pan in the sink we found it very hard to clean. This shortfall must be known to the manufacturer as I just read of their advise to use steel wool if necessary. Happy that we only used one pan. Will be returning the entire set tomorrow morning.
