The Perfect Pillow
I’ve tried so many “neck support” pillows and this is the first one that actually works. The hollow center design makes a huge difference — it keeps my neck aligned without feeling stiff or awkward. The memory foam is firm enough to support but still super comfortable, and there’s zero weird chemical smell like some other pillows have.The cooling pillowcase is a game-changer too. I’m a hot sleeper and this keeps me comfortable all night. I like this pillow so far. I’ve tried many others and tried to shape them into this form and woken up throughout the night trying to reshape them, waking without adequate sleep and neck pain. I’ve only used it one night but slept through the night and woke up without neck pain. The height and firmness is sufficient.

Fixed my stiff neck, worth the money!
This pillow fixed my sore neck after only 3 nights. I removed the optional insert and used the larger side, then after 3 nights sleep I am able to tuck my chin down to my chest without any stiffness or strain. Was not expecting this and am so pleasantly surprised. If you like a nice soft cloud like pillow that your head sinks into this is not the one. This pillow is made for you to have proper support and it is very comfortable to me. Very much worth the money for anyone suffering from a stiff neck due to improper sleep position. The reason I purchased this one is because I saw it was adjustable, there is a smaller side and larger side as well as an insert that can be removed.

Great Support and Real Neck Relief

Great Pillow to Try for Chronic Neck Pain
This Cervical Pillow by Osteo is the best pillow I’ve used so far for relieving my chronic neck pain. I have tried many other pillows (some of them much more expensive than this one), none of them helped my neck pain, often making the pain even worse. The one thing that I think really works for this pillow is the ability to lower the height by taking out a piece of foam inside (you can also add foams to increase the height). The process is easy and everything zips up back together without ruining the shape and feel. I am a back sleeper but also frequently turn the head, and this pillow somehow has worked alright for me without adding neck pain. Highly recommended for anyone who suffers from neck pain, especially if you have tried many other pillows without positive results, it could just be the height and shape that you need to try.Overall, this pillow with the memory foam is very comfortable, retains shape very well so far after 3 weeks of heavy use. The pillow fits perfectly into a regular pillow cover, making it easy to keep clean and fresh. Speaking of fresh, this pillow has been very cool and comfortable temperature wise so far.

Excellent
This is a great pillow and it’s helped me sleep more comfortably and wake up feeling my neck was supported during the night. I started out on the lower side, but after a few months of use, I switched it around and now I enjoy the higher side. The one thing, however, that I would change is that the cover they provide should not be in a textured fabric as I found it uncomfortable when side sleeping on my cheek. I removed the cover and put on a waterproof dust mite cover and then found a jersey pillowcase with the envelope style closure, which works fantastic. I would much rather have a custom fit dust mite cover than the decorative cover, comes with since it’s not a decorative use pillow. Overall, it’s been a wonderful pillow and I highly recommend it!

Good but not great
I have medical condition affecting my joints and connective tissue that, among other impacts, manifests as my frequently injuring myself in my sleep because my shoulders and neck have a greater range of motion. I bought this pillow at the recommendation of other folks with the same medical condition. When I bought it, I was dealing with an acute sleep-related injury that was severely limiting my neck’s range of motion such that almost any position laying down was painful. The pillow provided minor relief during that acute injury phase. I was hoping it, along with my $$$ new-ish Saatva Rx mattress, would mean that I could safely sleep on my side. I have found that my head does NOT feel comfortable in most positions on this pillow — it feels too tall, still. I’m keeping it for my guest bed / when I’m acutely injured. I’d return it, but I don’t want it to end up in a landfill.

I bought this pillow based on the information provided on the website. When it arrived, the color was different, which is fine, but the quality does not match the description. It has no double cover, no double zipper as shown, and no removable foam as mentioned.

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I was skeptical about this pillow, having bought a number of expensive ergonomic style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you’re willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so surprised that this actually did work! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from winding up in poor positions. I tend to lay both on my back and side and change frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.
