Easy to assemble. While the pillows still seemed a bit “flat” even after several weeks post assembly, overall I’m satisfied with this purchase. The sectional couch is firm yet comfortable. Would recommend for ease of assembly.

Shockingly comfy and perfect as a standalone lounge seat
I bought just the middle seat to use as a single lounge chair (not part of a full sectional) and I LOVE it. It comes compressed in a box, which made it super easy to get into my place, and it puffed up nicely after a bit of time out of the packaging. I have it sitting on a rug so it doesn’t slide around at all. The seat is deep, low, and super cozy — perfect for lounging, scrolling, or watching TV. Even without arms it feels great, especially with a pillow or throw. I honestly recommend this to anyone I know; it looks modern, feels way more expensive than it is, and has totally become my favorite spot to sit.

Amazon customer service is garbage
Couch is good. Amazon customer service sucks. I got the whole couch but the middle section wouldn’t expand fully. They said I needed to box it up and ship it back in order to get a refund. And they couldn’t replace the piece because the company keeps changing inventory. The couch is super soft and comfy and all I wanted was a replacement piece…..beware. Don’t buy it from Amazon…..
