Functional and quality vacuum
I love Miele appliances and have a c1 turbo that I adore. I wanted to get a stick vac for the days where I don’t feel like rolling around a canister or lighter jobs. I went with the total care for the variety of included attachments and am thrilled with my purchase.Pros: superior cleaning, powerful suction, miele’s quality in the build and parts, and a variety of accessories to fit your cleaning needs. Works well on a variety of surfaces and is easy to maneuver. Love that it can get pretty much flat to the ground. It cleans 95% as well as my Miele canister. I think my attachments for the canister are slightly better for high pile carpet/rugs, which is what makes up for the 5%. Nice to have.. the colorway is chefs kiss.Cons: the other reviewers are right in that the battery doesn’t last long if you use the brush roll attachments. I have mostly hardwood floors and tile so this is not a huge concern for me. It is definitely heavier than it looks. Prepare to get an arm workout. I imagine it’s due to the motor that they pack in there, but it’s certainly more substantial than Dysons that I’ve tried. It’s not cheap but I trust Miele quality. Lastly, it would be nice if it stood up on its own at this price point but whatever. Not a big deal to me.

R3ad The Manual carefully, and get a good idea of the installation details
RTFM, Read The Frightful Manual,. It’s only 30 pages, but it’s very dense, extrêmely complicated, the diagrams are terrible, don’t describe well, the détail, especially the installation of the charging bracket, to the wall. The wall anchors use special hi Torx screw heads, and for $600, how hard is it to supply a hi Torx bit that fits these screw heads. Can’t emphasize enough, RTFM!Miele typically has terrible diagrams, and confusing ambigous instructions.Otherwise, the power unit is super well designed, extremely powerful motor, excellent 2 stage air/ dust filtration system, easy to clean, cleaning tools work well but RTFM!I believe most of the bad comment is from not reading the manual, comprehensively. It took me 3 hours to read 30 pages, especially the last 15 of the 30 pages, and carefully look at the tiny terrible diagrams.Because the motor is powerful, it cleans reallywell, fills the dust soil container quickly,, and the battery runs down fast.If you decide to open, the battery compartiment, and take out the battery, you’ll see a pretty big freaking Lithium battery, that is so big and contributes to the weight of the power unit, significantly.

Battery didn’t last long
This is powerful. It cleans better than any other battery operated vacuum we have tried. It was easy to put together, it was easy to put up the wall mount (my husband did that), and it charges simply while being stored. Not too heavy, but a little heavier to than our last one. HOWEVER, after a full charge, the vacuum battery lasted around 10-15min in mixed use, most hard floor with a couple of area rugs. We need it to last 30min to vacuum our entire 1000sqft house, so this is disappointing. Whether it was worth paying way more than we have for any other cordless vacuum, is up for debate. If the battery lasted, I would have said it was worth it.

Great vacuum but… Carefully read the installation instructions when mounting to the wall.
Initial Impressions: It’s a great little vacuum so far. I’ve had it for a week and used it two or three times. I think it picks up more than my much older corded vacuum right now. But the canister is really small and fills quickly.A word of caution: installing the SpeedLock wall bracket REALLY BENEFITS from reading the relevant section in the full owners manual. I’m pretty handy and had the necessary tools (a Torx T20 driver), but I didn’t realize that the cord needed to be plugged in before snapping the bracket on the wall plate. In my effort to get it off the wall to plug it in after, it literally just ripped out of the drywall with the provided anchors. A flathead screwdriver wedged in the bottom would have helped. Luckily I had other anchors that actually worked better and fit the holes left behind.

High Quality, Easy to Use, Very Powerful and Light-Weight!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this vacuum!! For a person living with chronic pain (multiple back surgeries etc.) vacuuming is no longer uncomfortable! This vacuum is lightweight (not sure why some reviews state it is heavy), great size, and easy to use (maneuverability). All the attachments are useful, and emptying the canister is really easy, it even comes with a cute little brush attached to the body of the vacuum to help clean the canister. The battery is sufficient to clean the house if you use it on the low setting. This vacuum is really powerful (suction) and cleans well! And even more powerful, if you need it, if you up the settings. I love the it automatically detects and adjusts between rugs and the hardfloors. Charging speed is great too. This vacuum is fantastic – and stylish too! It is value for money for the high quality you get with this vacuum! I have owned other Miele vacuums too but this is my favorite now!

A Miele Miracle? Not on this one.
We’re loyal Miele users — our home is filled with their products: coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a plug-in vacuum cleaner that’s been fantastic. So we had high hopes for their cordless stick vacuum — expecting the usual “Miele miracle.” Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.🔻 Cons:• Heavy for a stick vacuum — noticeably more than our two Dyson models.• Battery life is disappointing — it doesn’t last long enough for a full clean.• Dust bin design is frustrating: only the first third of the clear chamber is usable capacity; the back 2/3 is for air circulation. If you accidentally overfill, it becomes nearly impossible to empty cleanly.✅ Pros:• It does have superior suction technolog compared to Dyson — no question there.• Side suction entry in Dyson means it often gets stuck..⚠️ Overall: We really wanted to love this, but despite its impressive suction, the poor ergonomics and battery limitations make it hard to recommend — especially given Miele’s usually stellar track record.

Amazing results! So much dirt was pulled up through my rugs first vaccum I had to empty it 6 times! Downside is the canister is small but overall the machine is amazing!

This may be the best vacuum I have ever had. My old machine broke down over a month ago and I was aghast at the amount of dust picked up. Who knew my floors were that grubby. They didn’t look it. In any case the Miele picked up everything and more. Very happy. Did the whole house on one charge. No way would the old machine do that (approx 4years old). My only minor complaint is that it is a bit heavy. A small price to pay. Also, it was cheaper than my previous machine.

A bit heavier than a Dyson but way better in any other aspects
