The display shows the No Water Indicator incorrectly:
1. Please ensure the arrow above the LED display is aligned with the indicator line on the base to ensure the water tank is properly on the base.
2. Check the max water line to see if there is too much water in the tank and base chamber. Pour out extra water if water is over the max line.
3. Check and clean the Water Outlet Valve.
4. Check whether the Float Brackets rotate smoothly and clean them.

Conveienient and effective humidifier
I’ve been using this for a year in a large bedroom with a computer in it, so the auto humidity is important to keep it from getting to humid. The capacity is huge and the easy top-filling tank prevents any spills. The quality is good and it’s very easy to clean.I like the cell-phone app which is convenient and shared with my Levoit air purifier.

Best Humidifier and we’ve tried a lot
Our apartment is always dry in the winter so running humidifiers in each room is essential to keep from having dry skin, bloody noses, and coughs. (it is also beneficial to all my plants!). We have used several different types of humidifiers from several different manufacturers. We have found the Levoit humidifiers to be the best and keeping our rooms above 45% and are easy to use and more importantly, to clean! This particular model is my favorite because it can be controlled from my phone and also has automatic features to control the humidity levels to keep the room at a comfortable level.Cleaning is also easy – We use vinegar, water and dish soap to keep the film that collects inside the tank at bay. We have hard water so often there is a crusty residue in the base. To help with this, we purchase small water filters here on Amazon https://amzn.to/3K1aYWg (shaped like goldfish!) placed inside the tank to filter the water a bit and reduce the nasty film. We also use filtered water from the refrigerator, which I highly recommend!It also looks nice! I like the night light feature too and the fact that this unit is super quiet.

Good product to Humidity a single room.
This is my 2nd 300S humidifier. First one stopped working soon after the warranty ran out. Good customer service. Bought an extended Amazon warranty to give us 3 years of protection this time around. It works really good when programming a weekly schedule. I programmed it to operate nightly as we sleep. Gets really dry here in the winter because of the forced air heating. I have an Aprilaire system on my furnace but never worked. Not a fan of all the cleaning required to keep it running properly even with using my Reverse Osmosis water. A nice looking well made humidifier for a single room. Easy setup with app to your WiFi. Little to no noise during operation, a fair price.

UPDATE: How many times do my hopes have to be dashed by humidifiers???!!! I am sick and tired of it. This one’s humidity output is very very poor! (I followed all company guidelines.) I woke up with dry nose, skin, etc. as if I hadn’t even had a humidifier…near my bed!! Yes, it is quiet so that’s a big plus. BTW: get a humidifier that does NOT require distilled water! What a royal pain….about a gallon every day. Ridiculous. At that rate I’d need an entire closet for only distilled water!!PS: Next time I will only review after I’ve had the product for a while!!!!Original review:Eureka! Finally a humidifier that is quiet, has great output, works well. If you get this, and you should, download the App which is simple and makes using the machine very easy and you get terrific info like mist/humidity level, etc. I messed around with a bunch of humidifiers and got so frustrated!!! Go with this one. It’s excellent.PS: I only use distilled water and I use it in bedroom. Does not make any noise!!!!

Love my Levoit!
Absolutely love this unit! First, it’s basically silent, zero decibels, “whisper quiet” doesn’t even describe it, because no one would hear that whisper. Second, No White Dust! None, you may have regular dust, but this unit doesn’t contribute to it, at all. Third, its functionality is through the roof. The app makes it incredibly easy to program, (even has a plant care feature!), so you can adjust it to suit your needs perfectly. Last, it’s super easy to clean, just dump rinse and refill. I use distilled water, and that may have something to do with the unit’s cleanliness, and I didn’t clean it every 3 days, like they want you to. I cleaned it after about 10 days, and as far as I could see, it really didn’t need it.Buy with confidence, this unit is a gem!

Perfect amount of humidity
Ever since I got this unit my apt feels so much better! At 10RH standard winter air was drying me out, I had a humidifier before but it was set on a timer which just would let the steam out.. it didnt have a sensor so it would just dump it all out within less then 8 hours on low….my apt felt damp due to this. This one solved that issue with its built in accurate sensor. Love that it lasts a couple days too so I dont have to fill it every 8hrs! Worth purchasing this humidifier, good price and quality! Also dark mode is perfect for sleeping and its super quiet too!

J’ai acheté ce produit notamment pour fournir un meilleur taux d’humidité à mes plantes d’intérieur. Pour le moment, rien à redire, il fonctionne parfaitement. La fonction ‘Auto’ lui permet de se déclencher dès que le niveau d’humidité passe sous un certain seuil et de s’arrêter de la même manière lorsque celui-ci atteint le niveau fixé. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser l’appareil en mode ‘Manuel’ en le déclenchant soit même et choisissant un niveau de brumisation. Le remplissage se fait très simplement par le haut et le contrôle via l’application VeSync est un petit plus pratique.

Works great for our living room (8x5m)I also got it to work in home assistant.I bought this model specifically for using it in home assistant and because of the good reviews.+: Big tank, silent, clear display, the cats stay away from it, app works great- : You have to create an account (I read somewhere that a credit card is needed. This is not true!).If the company takes down the service, the home assistant integration stops working.All together a great machine!
