Convenient and Easy to Use
For the coffee lover who sips and sets it down only to find it cold when you pick it up again. This is convenient and classy looking. Appears to be sturdy with a sleek design. Certainly affordable and small enough to use anywhere in the house or office. Keeps coffee at a drinkable temperature without a burned taste or smell.

Working very well for me
Alas the first one received had a broken cup inside and no instructions. Amazon customer service usual great help in replacing and new one is working very well. Temperature perhaps not quite holding to 149 degrees but warm enough and will work with other than flat bottom cup but not keeping quite as warm. I was bit concerned after seeing frequent returns and some comments but find it working well for me. If this changes will come back and edit this comment.

Don’t buy
Please don’t order this, spend your money on a good mug warmer. It gets hot when you first turn it on but then as time goes by it gets cooler and cooler and cooler. It does not stay at the temperature of 149° or whatever you set it on. Also if you happen to touch the base of it to move it or if something accidentally touches the base, it will turn off because the sensors are so sensitive. So many times I thought my coffee would be warm just to find out. It was cold again because my glasses or something touch the base and cut it off.

Drink stays nice and Hot!
bought this as a gift and happy with the results, it does keep the liquid warm.auto cut off time of 8 hours is too long, could have been less flexibility to adjust.warmer base works only with coups of flat base .

comes WITH the mug
I didn’t realise that this came with the mug. what a nice surprise! This has a nice feature where it turns off in 8 hours, which is great in case I forget. I like the three temp settings. This is a great buy!

IT WORKS!!!
When I first received this I was not impressed. It did not seem to heat anything so I decided to return it . But, my husband being the one with more common sense, suggested that I try giving the item a chance. That perhaps I was not using it properly. Much as I hate to admit, he turned out…..yet again…..to be right! Seems the problem was with ME and NOT the item. It is important to note that the temperature settings are very sensitive so one must be careful not to touch it once the warmer is turned on. Which is exactly what I had been doing. More the reason why nothing was staying warm.Well, once I figured it all out, was I impressed!!! And glad that I had held off on returning it. I LOVE this thing! I plug it in, set the temperature to the highest setting (I like my coffee to stay as hot as possible) and set the ceramic cup (comes with the unit) with my coffee on it. The coffee stays hot from start to finish. Even if it takes me a couple of hours to sip it slowly.I’m not sure how long this gadget will last but I plan on getting another one the minute it stops working. Having gotten use to it now, I really wouldn’t want to be without it! Even my thermal cups couldn’t keep my coffee as hot as this warmer does.Don’t take my word for it. Give it a try yourself. I think it’s definitely worth the 20 bucks! Highly recommend it!

Warm, not Hot
Only heats to 149° which is just warm, not even hot. I was disappointed. Yeah it keeps coffee warm but I wanted it hot without having to microwave.

A Game-Changer for Coffee Lovers! ☕🔥
If you’re someone who treasures every sip of your morning brew, the smart mug warmer is about to become your new best friend! I can’t stop raving about this little powerhouse—it’s sleek, intuitive, and downright magical. With Consistent Heat,No more lukewarm coffee! It keeps my drink at the perfect temperature for hours. Whether it’s tea, cocoa, or coffee, every sip feels freshly poured. It does have the feature of auto shut off to keep coffee warm enough to feel fresh sip but the mug doesn’t even gets hot. It is good ceramic mug heavy and sturdy.

Mug arrived damaged and the warmer itself does not come with a UK plug or USB for its power source
