Easy setup and work perfectly with Alexa. Great smart home upgrade.
I’ve been using these Kasa smart switches in my bedroom for everything and they easily turn off and turn on the fan lights to the bedside lamps, and they’ve been working flawlessly. They connected and were compatible with Alexa with no hassle, and now I can control everything with my voice or from my phone, makes life a lot easier, especially at night. They were easy to install, work exactly like they’re supposed to, and for the price, the durability has been great. Very happy with the product, these were a great value. Just a solid upgrade for making the house a little smarter without breaking the bank.

Very good and reliable product.
All kasa products are pretty good. This works well, easy to assemble. And works with HomeKit Apple. I will buy more. I bought one used like new but was missing one cover. I hope they send me the cover soon, but they are installed and working well. The old switch cover is the same size.

Easy to install, easy to use
Tl;dr, easy to install, great connectivity, and sleek look.I’ve had Kasa plugs for more than five years and knew they’d always worked great for me, but I’d never used anything Matter-enabled from the brand so I was curious how that would go to replace a smart-enabled but cobbled together solution for a stupid kitchen light switch placement.Install of the plug itself was as easy as any other switch (quick tip—if you don’t know which is the live and which is the line and which is the load, after pulling out but before disconnecting your old switch, turn the breaker back on briefly and use a NON CONTACT tester to see which wire is live when the switch is in the off position. The one that sets it off is the line.)Connecting to my Apple Home was exceptionally simple with the included QR code (stick it to the back of your switch plate!) and I haven’t had a single issue asking Siri to turn it on and off. It’s so quick to respond and makes my life so much easier. It has a sleek look and is the exact same size as a standard rocker switch, so if you have a multi-switch box, a normal face plate can still be used. The little indicator light does stay on all the time (at least as far as I’ve seen) but I don’t mind this and it’s not glaringly bright. The switch obviously doesn’t actually rock back and forth which is weird to get used, it’s molded in the usual “on” position and then pushes like a button.

Easy Install and Setup, Works Great
Easy to install the switch, easy to install the app, easy to configure, and works like a charm. I set up one of these to turn on my front porch light at dusk every night, and to turn it off at dawn every day. Couldn’t be easier. Just had to keep telling my wife to stop turning the outside light on/off (yeah, okay, I did the same thing but don’t tell her!). Anyway, all is good now whether we are at home or away. The only caveat is your wiring has to have a neutral wire — very old house wiring does not have a neutral wire.

Easy enough to install but read instruction to know what install choice works.
This is easy to install BUT read the instructions and follow the recommended choice of switch to install this. Otherwise you will never figure it out and it will not install. Yes you can be on your 5.4 ghz network as long as you install the switch on a 2.4 ghz network. Kasa only works on 2.4 ghz networks. To add to Homekit, first install the swithc via th e Kasa app. Then under the device’s settings, see “add to HomeKit”. You will be prompted to scan the barcode encolosed with the switch inside the box. Scan it and in 30 seconds, you are done. Name the switch and yes it can be the same name as used in the Kasa act. In fact, I see no reason to call a switch by two different names in two different apps. That is confusion. The install is easy. Line is power, and load is what the switch will turn on and off. This can be integrated into Alexa and Goggle Home. Load could be a light or a simple fan. This switch is not a dimmer which is what I wanted to turn my fan on and off while in bed. I did not want the dimming feature because my fan light and fan speed I control with a remote. However at night I may want to turn it onr or off from bed without having to get up. I have this switch in a few spots in my house front door light, heater room. really anwyere where you have a single pole light and you want Alexa to turn it off or on or if you want a scheule for the light to turn on and off while away traveling, or if you are in bed and you want to turn on the downstairs door lights. Remember, you cannot add this directly to Homekit even if you scan the barcode. the device can only be installed into Homekit by using the KASA app and the device’ settings then scanning in the barcode.

No son tan fáciles de usar y se requiere que la instalación eléctrica de la casa esté hecha en condiciones muy específicas.
