Love this thing. Very quiet. Work horse. Great customer service.
I have a large studio in Brooklyn with lots of plants. During the winter it gets really dry here and the rest of the year I try and maintain 40% humidity for my plants. The Lacidoll has been amazing. It runs for a long time. It maintains a consistent humidity in the room and turns itself on and off and I never hear it. I can also turn off the display light so it doesn’t keep us up at night. Very easy to clean. After 7 months, my unit stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. They’re sending a replacement unit. They sent me videos and all the information I would need so I didn’t have any further issues. You get what you pay for. This is one of the better purchases I’ve made.

Great product & service!
I have been using this product since April of 2025 in a classroom setting to keep the air humid for instruments. It has worked really well in a large classroom. It’s quiet, very sturdy around children, and keeps the air humid year-round. The company has been very responsive if I ever had an issue with mechanics or parts, and responds immediately via email. I highly recommend this product and company!

Outstanding Product & Customer Service!!
I can’t say enough great things about this company! From the very first email, their customer service team went above and beyond by answering all of my questions (and there were many!) with incredible patience, detail, and kindness. Every response was prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. The humidifier itself is top quality!! It’s quiet, efficient, and beautifully designed. It’s clear that they take pride not just in their products, but in truly supporting their customers. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with this level of customer care.I’m thoroughly impressed and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made humidifier backed by a team that truly stands behind their product.

Quiet, convenient, and perfect for my plants!
I’ve been really happy with this humidifier so far. It’s very quiet, barely noticeable when it’s running, which makes it great for both my bedroom and plant room. I love the large capacity because it holds enough water to keep my plants happy and the humidity stable without constantly refilling it.The cool mist feature is especially nice since I live in a very dry place. It helps keep the air comfortable without making the room feel warm or heavy. The built-in humidity control works well for maintaining consistent moisture in the air, and the remote makes it easy to adjust the levels, set a timer, or change settings from anywhere in the room. The top-fill design is convenient and makes refilling the tank simple and mess-free. It also comes with an extension tube that helps increase the height of the mist. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up too much space, especially considering how much water it holds. It looks nice next to my plants and blends in well with the room. The only downside is that my box didn’t include the essential oil sponge for the aroma compartment. Since you can’t put oils directly into the tank, I’ll need to contact the company to see if they can send me one.Overall, this humidifier is quiet, efficient, and thoughtfully designed, just missing that one small piece to make it perfect.

Huge capacity, quiet mist, and super easy to use!
I’ve been using this humidifier for a few weeks now and honestly — it’s a game changer! The 16L tank is massive, so I don’t have to refill it every day like I used to with smaller ones. I just fill it up once and it runs for days! The mist output is super smooth and quiet, perfect for my bedroom at night. I love the digital display — it’s clear, simple, and lets me set the humidity level easily. The included remote is a nice bonus too (great for lazy days!).

It just WORKS!
I was skeptical about the product. I was VERY wary because I had already dropped 200 on a whole house humidifier from a big box home improvement store and was dissapointed. My furnace is high efficiency and it does its job REALLY well. But that also means my air is REALLY dry during the colder months.Every other product fell short of their promises. Not this one.It was easy to put together. It was easy to fill.It was easy to adjust the settings (I have it on ‘turbo’)It is whisper quiet. (You can hear someone typing in the video, plus the very low hum from the humidifier for comparison.)It runs nearly constantly but it keeps up. I no longer have nosebleeds from the dry air.IT JUST WORKS.It is so nice! It just works!Check out the videos in other reviews. That is what truly sold me.

Set it and forget it lol
Holds 4 gallons! It is easy to use, nice features, and way more quiet than the little one gallon jobbies that have doubled in price in the last few years. It has a nightlight, and the rh sensor turns it on and off so you don’t have to fiddle with it. It is worth every penny.
