Excellent value, quality, and customer service!
I never purchased furniture online and had limited time and space to deal with. After going to a few stores and searching online I found just what I needed with the Honbay sectional sleeper. Although I still need to get some mileage out of it to know for sure, it seems durable, looks beautiful, and is very functional! It fits my space perfectly and I am extremely happy with it. The retail stores would have needed 2-3 months for processing and delivery. I had my sofa within a couple of days and put it together myself. I can see, however, that having 2 people to connect the sections may be more appropriate for some.This seller, Natural Zone, was quick to respond to my messages and professionally took care of minor issues. I think that it is important for buyers to know that the customer service is truly awesome! I would definitely do business with this seller in the future.I got the beige unit…the color and fabric are beautiful. With all the storage space and the pull-out sleeper section this couch is very functional and hopefully will last a long time. The cushions are very comfortable and may be a tad on the firm side for some, but my understanding is that this will soften with some usage. Everyone certainly has his/her own preference. I have no complaint. All things considered this is a great value for what you are getting and the seller will be there for you!

Best furniture I’ve purchased online
My family & I are so happy with this couch. We have had it for about a month, & while the back cushions could use a little more fluff, we aren’t too bothered by that. We love the internal storage & the pull out bed. My kids are constantly pulling the bed out so they can put their feet up when they watch tv. It wasn’t terribly difficult to assemble, but a couple pieces gave us a little issue, but each piece has a solid connection. The fabric repels liquids decently. My son spilled water & it just pooled on top of the fabric. The seat cushions are nice and firm, which we like. The couch is heavy & quite sturdy.

Great couch but broken piece and no help
Great shipping and easy to put together. The pull out portion has a huge gap and neither Amazon nor Honbay will help. That’s disappointing for an overall great sofa.Fabric is great and sits comfortably, but pull out bit as described.

Cozy and Cute
Very cute and cozy couch, perfect size for large apartment or small house. Under seat storage is very roomy. Easy assembly, I was able to put it together by myself in under 45 minutes.

Was nervous… but so glad I bought
Hubby and I moved into a new space and we have a toddler so we were looking. I searched everywhere and looked in every furniture store. Found nothing I liked and finally came back to Amazon. I came Honbay’s page and immediately checked the comments. This specific sectional had great reviews and I went with my gut and purchased it…and few day later the seller reached and said we’d receive 5 boxes. We decided on the ward gray and it looks great! All the boxes were delivered on time delivered to my front door! Will say i thought it would be a nightmare to put together but instructions are pretty clear. The size once put together is perfect and it feels so firm and comfy! All in all a wonderful couch and so comfortable. Amazon you did it again !

Happy with our purchase!
This couch is actually decent for the price! Was skeptical, but with the other good reviews, we decided to buy it. Was delivered 5 days earlier than expected. Came in several packages which were all delivered same day. Assembly took us an hour. Has 3 storage spaces and the pull out bed which is the type of couch we were looking for. Overall we are very happy with the quality and price!

Fully delivered and it is a great product
Not fully delivered yet. We are missing the loveseat. The rest of the couch was delivered on Wednesday 12-03-25 and it is pretty nice, but I am concerned that we haven’t received the missing part, nor a tracking link for it. Today is 12-05-25.Update: the missing parts were fully delivered on 12-06-25. I could put everything together and I am very satisfied with the way it works an looks. Final picture added.

Perfect for vacation home
I love this couch! Now granted it is in our vacation home so it does not get daily wear and tear like a full time couch. It was kind of a pain to put together but not terrible. The green color goes perfectly with my beach theme decor. I needed a couch that could seat several people but still fit into a confined space. This couch meets those demands. I find it perfectly comfortable and added some throw pillows for extra comfort.
