Fantastic mug. Love it. Heats properly. With the lid on, my coffee stays hot for a long time. The heat escapes fastest from the exposed liquid surface in a mug – so keep the lid on. Stays charged for a while. Great value especially compared to some other overpriced competing brands.I had an issue with the mug and I messaged Kepwam customer service. They were really quick to respond and extremely helpful.Thinking of getting a smaller second cup so I can enjoy slowly drinking my triple shot cafe au lait at the coffee shop.

I haven’t had it die on my yet but have had it off the charger and turned on for over an hour without it dying. High is hot, like you have to sip it or you’re burning your mouth hot. Like you just poured a fresh brewed cup of coffee. And it keeps it hot even when full. Medium is where I like it. Comfortably sippable without worrying about burning. Low is a bit above warm. 20oz is filled to the absolute brim so you get more like 16oz of drink if you didn’t want it to spill. It’s also very nice that it came with a lid!

We got the lavender color — its gorgeous! The cup is delightful to use, it heats quickly, has 3 temp settings, and is easy to use. It shuts off automatically when the cup is empty. It comes with a plastic sip lid that we wish fit a bit tighter — it falls out easily and is only intended to help retain heat not retain liquid.It takes 6-8 HOURS to charge fully, and that will last most all day keeping coffee warm using the middle temp setting. If you have an analytic mind and can remember to start charging at bedtime — then this is a handy gadget to have!!

The mug is much better than “NextMug”.I first bought a “NextMug”, but it doesn’t stay charged very long, and my coffee would get cold-but my KepWarm mug has double the charge and lasts much longer! Also, it has a very nice sliding lid which also keeps my coffee hot longer too. Also less expensive than “NextMug” !

This mug is better than more expensive Nextmug. I had two of those and tried this one, which is cheaper and has the same features but more. First of all, it comes with a lid. With Nextmug, you have to buy the lid extra. And the lid has a slidable opening so you don’t have to constantly remove and replace the lid while drinking. But best of all the battery lasts a really long time. Today I put my coffee in at 7 AM and it is almost noon and still going strong. Next mug tends to die after about 2 1/2 hours. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Good, not great…
So it does keep your drink at a nice temp! But…. it only lasts long enough to get through 1 cup before it needs to be recharged. If you wanted to have multiple cups of coffee, tea, whatever you’re drinking, you’ll need to have it on it’s charging plate, which is a little wobbly and depending on where you’re at either inconvenient to have it plugged in and close, or simply can’t (I love reading on my back patio sipping something hot on cool mornings).So it’s better than the one’s where the plate is the warmer, but you can’t put it in a dishwasher and the battery’s charge doesn’t last very long.

At last, a full sized mug that keeps the coffee warm! I’ve only had it a few days so we will have to see how it holds up. But. So far it does what it is designed to do.
