Works, but not well
I bought this system from Amazon “renewed”. I wish I hadn’t, because I don’t think that gives me any warranty. It works, but not well. I am not the tech geek, but our resident geek has worked on it multiple times and it is still prone to dropping signal, even when my computer says the signal is strong. I wish I were knowledgeable enough to say better what we’ve done, but that’s just it isn’t it? When you’re not an expert, you kinda need it to work out of the box. This is not an easy thing to solve via customer service. And it has not worked well out of the box.

Works Great.
We have a Xfinity Gateway router in the living room that puts out amazing speed bridged to the Pro and then three more running along the long hallway to the Theater room which is on the opposite side of the house. The previous generation worked adequately and was stable, but I was always disappointed at the speed degradation. This latest generation solved that. I’m getting two to three times WiFi speed in the Theater Room from the previous generation.Set up was more difficult that in needed to be, probably my fault though. Even though I’d unplugged and removed the prior Google Mesh it was still showing up in My Google Home app and causing issues with the setup of the new one. Chat GPT helped me figure out I had to run a factory reset in the app to the unplugged offline old mesh to clear it out for the setup of the new one. Also, removed one star because they changed the ethernet port orientation in the new one. The old one, recessed, and pointed up which was conducive for the plug to fit inside the unit and running an ethernet chord along the based boards down the hallway keeping the unit flush to the wall. The new one points directly into the back of the unit so the ethernet plug sticks out the back and you have to bend the chord, causing a gap between the unit and the wall being pushed out by a ethernet plug, chord set up. It doesn’t sit flush to the wall.

Was quick and easy to set up and within minutes we had exponentially faster and stronger WiFi around the house for our computers, tablets, gaming systems, and cell phones. Great WiFi
I love this product. It’s so fast and reliable. It detects and solves problems on its own. It’s also very secure. There is no band splitting so if you need to set up a smart device on this Google mesh router system you need to follow these steps. 1. Unplug your Google WiFi. 2 on a mobile phone create a hotspot with the same name and password as your Google WiFi. 3 with a second phone connect to the hotspot and also connect the smart device to the hotspot that has the same info as your Google WiFi. 4 after you have completed the set up for the smart device just turn off the hotspot on the phone and plug back in your Google WiFi. Your smart device will now connect to Google WiFi. After the easy set up you will now see your 2.5Ghz smart device through the 5Ghz Google WiFi. The four pack covers my entire property. I have great signal strength anywhere I go on my property. Google WiFi is compatible with Google home as well as many other devices and apps.

They work. Plain and Simple
I had a first generation Google Mesh system for quite a few years, and was offered 2 years special price upgrade from my ISP to 2gb but my cable modem and the old Google Mesh couldn’t handle it. Got an upgrade for my cable modem (which was long needed anyway) and now needed to upgrade my Google Mesh. Tried a cheaper wireless system but it barely lasted a day and the network dropped. Sent that system back the next day. Paid the really pricey amount for the Google Pro system and everything works fantastic. System has been in place for about 4 months now and has yet to malfunction.These things are pricey but they’re definitely set it and forget it. 10 stars.

Llegaron en bolsas, no venían en el empaque original y no traían el cable RJ45 que deben traer para instalar la unidad principal. Las unidades se ven rayadas y la parte inferior sucia y gastada, como si se tratara de artículos usados.En cuanto al funcionamiento, este ha sido si problemas; la conexión a internet es sólida y sin grietas en la cobertura.La instalación fue algo complicada debido a las actualizaciones de los equipos, pero una vez que actualizaron a la última version del software, todo fue más sencillo.Los recomiendo ampliamente, es lo mejor para un internet seguro, rápido y con cobertura amplia.

Son el peor producto que existe se desconectan todo el tiempo, son caros, poco confiables en fin Google los debería de sacar del mercado y hacer un recall para devolver tu dinero y Amazon los debería descatalogar solo vean los review en youtube.
