Constantly lost connection
I constantly lost connection. I bought a different brand instead, which hasn’t given me a single issue like these used to. I do not recommend.

Scratch on body
As the product condition said is Refurbished – Excellent. It said “No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away.”But I saw the scratches on the devices.

I unit had the case split like it was dropped.
Also one of the ethernet cords was missing. It’s obvious that this provider’s quality assurance of sorely lacking. I would not recommend buying from this provider.

Not reliable at all!
Absolutely awful performance. Mesh functionality breaks down randomly, devices go offline or just stop transmitting data. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes it will run for a couple of days, it’s never predictable. Similar problems to the prior generations of this hardware.

Poor connection and does not recognize an Ethernet connection
Could not get it to recognise an ethernet connection consistently. Will recognise ethernet and then flip back over to Wi-Fi. Bought these because the earlier generation was good and these are not. Switched to TP link and I’ve had absolutely no problems.
