Frameo is fantastic
So let me start off with the fact that I have a bunch of different frameo frames that I have given as gifts. I gave them to both sets of parents for our wedding so we could upload the wedding photos as they came in. One was for my friend’s wedding, one for a baby party so we could have one frame dedicated to the little man as he grows up, and most recently I gave one to an aunt for a 90th birthday where we gathered all the old family photos (they had a family of 10 kids) and then added ones of family get togethers through the years. All that’s to say, I’m not an expert but I am proficient. This is my first review for the frames but I just thought I’d share the greatness of these little guys.Setup: easy peasy. For my tech savvy friends I give them the code to load up pictures directly through the app. For my less techy older family members, I set up a Google drive folder or have them text me the picture so I can put it in for them. You can’t load videos and images at the same time, and there’s a bit of work in making sure the photos are fit to frame or centered depending on if the end user will have the frame in landscape or portrait mode. So for older folks I found it’s usually just faster/easier to have them send you the pictures they want to add.Maintenance: I like the fact that you can keep adding new pictures through the app after it’s been setup and sent off to its new home. I also just saw that there’s a new feature with frameo+ where you can view them on a TV. I haven’t tried it yet but that feature has been requested by my family.Functionality: The touchscreen was easy enough for my mom to figure out so that was also a bonus in the ease of use category. I did have to warn friends to not add videos that had absurd sounds or words since the videos do come up with sound….didn’t want a random f bomb going off in someone’s home.Overall it’s a great little gift and I just wanted to finally show some love for this company.

The best digital frame out there!
I absolutely love Frameo. This is the most awesome way of sharing photos. I have bought several for family memebers. We can all use the same app to share photos. It’s east to set up. So, easy to use. It also keeps the grandbabies busy. They will stand and watch it for hours. I think it is crazy inexpensive!

Great as always
Had one of their previous frames and i was excited to see that they had a new one that would work perfectly in my new place. The frame is modern looking, and works fantastically with the Frameo app. The picture/video quality is great and I love how easy it is to share pics to it.

Upload photos/videos directly from iPhone to device
Overall this is a nice item and worth the price, imo. I do believe it could be slightly improved though. After downloading the Frameo app, you can send pictures directly from your iPhone to the frame (10 pictures at a time for free). Videos can be sent separately for free as well. It gives you the option to edit the pictures before sending them (portrait or landscape) but I found once on the device they needed to be edited again manually, which is time consuming. So it isn’t the most efficient, but I find the pictures to be clear and the sound to be adequate. The settings options allow you to set the frame to go to sleep and awake at a specific time, you also have background frame options which is nice. It has to be plugged in to work.

Nice – especially for the price
I love this frame! I bought it to display pictures at an event rather than having an album laid out. It worked perfectly for that! It’s pretty straightforward set up using the Frameo app. I have since moved it to my office at work and I love that I can have multiple pictures instead of one sitting on my desk. I’ve shared the app with a couple of friends and they have also been able to share pictures with me. I will say that the quality isn’t as nice as the $150 one I bought for a gift recently – it’s a much lighter frame with a less sturdy frame support. However, this functions really well and fits my needs for $40. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one and might buy another one for home in the future.

It’s a perfect frame!
I got this digital picture frame to keep in my office. We have a different brand that is more than double the cost of this Frameo and I think I like this one better! It’s so easy to set up, you just download the app, plug it in, connect to the internet, follow a few set up steps and you’re ready to upload pictures. I am using the free version which only lets you add 10 pictures at a time but they upload quickly and I don’t mind adding them that way. You’re able to position your pictures before they upload and you scan scroll through them on the frame itself. The frame can be displayed horizontal or vertical and the pictures are so bright and clear. You can add captions, display the time and temperature and you can invite others to add pictures to your frame. It has to be plugged in but the cord is pretty long. It has stayed connected to the internet continuously since I’ve had it with no issues. There is nothing I don’t love about this frame, it’s great!!

Defective/Faulty Frame
Haven’t had for long at all. On/off button doesn’t work. Pictures get stuck on one picture. To reset I have to unplug it, but then get a warning about turning on/off instead. (On/off doesn’t work) Really liked at first and wanted to love it.

Very poor quality item.It sticks on photos for 4-5minutes at a time despite it being set to change every 3 seconds.Very VERY slow to move photos along. I actually edited a LOT of the photos to make sure the file size isn’t too big but it still randomly stalls on some photos!It doesn’t display all photos and shows some as Green blob, despite it being a proper jpg file.
