Bright Light is Very Bright & Light!
Breakdown: Awesome, light! Provides perfect illumination for my crafting desk.Wins:1. It’s bright! I had a previous lamp that was advertised as being 18 watts as well, and this one blows it out of the water.2. Remote control is a big plus! I also love the light modes. I’m constantly changing and experimenting with them to see how it illuminates my different projects.3. Construction is really good. The light is very light and easy to move. The base gives it enough weight to keep it safe, but without making it a pain to move. Honestly at this point I should probably buy another one, because I like to move it around so much.Quirks:1. I kinda wish the magnet in the remote was a bit stronger, or maybe a bit bigger. Sometimes it slides around a bit, or it won’t grab right exactly where it seems like it should.Tip:1. Not really a tip, but more of a worry, and kind of setting my own expectations here. This is my third lamp of this style (although the other two were from other brands). The others died after barely a year of use, and of course they’re unfixable. I guess for the price I can’t complain too much but I do worry about the quality of this kind of lamp in general.Bottom line: Brightens my day and makes work and hobbies easier for my old eyes!

Good lamp
This is a good light but it is on the small end of the spectrum. I do wish it was bigger, all the way around. like the light and the attached remote is a good bonus. I also like the magnetic remote, it works well. The lamp although small does give of a nice bright light and it also had 2 hues. Good for a reading lamplamp. This is more of a directional lamp and not a huge area light. Overall a good light and because of the overall size, i have it 4 stars. It was simple to put together and i like it. I had to prop it on a small ladder, too make it higher.

Great lamp for the price. Lots of fancy features. You can adjust brightness and even the color of the light with the push of a button. It even comes with a remote control.

This is a great lamp for reading in my bedroom. The are many levels of brightness and softness of the lamp. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get it behind the bed, but I sat the base behind the bed and just screwed the pole in. It has many positions, and the best part is the remote.
