    Loved it🌮🌮🌮
Sam Demma did a fantastic job explaining how we allow others thoughts and opinions effect our own goals, habits, and dreams! I believe the target audience is much younger than myself but I was able to relate to much of what was written. It was a great read with good things to remember. I especially liked how at the end of each chapter there was a list of items Sam hoped you were able to learn and use from that chapter. This book definitely helped put things in perspective and provides motivation.

Only book I have ever read/listened to more than once
I have listened to this book three times already and plan on listening to it again. Sam eloquently tells a story that all can benefit hearing. From empathy, understanding, love, small consistent actions, to self-motivation and self-love, this book covers so much valuable nuggets of wisdom. I plan on sharing this book with all of my leaders for Christmas this year, because this is too good not to share with others. I look forward to future writings that Sam puts out into the world.

    🌮 Beyond expectations 🌮
🌮🌮🌮 be someone’s taco, that’s this book, the book is my tacos 🌮 🌮🌮I’ve read more than just a few books, but this one I’d put at the top of my list to read again. So much encouragement, and many moments to make you stop and “smell the leather” as Dan Pena says to do. This book encourages the stop moment.Or maybe not a full stop, more a pause and inhale. With tips to exhale and go forward.I’d recommend it to anyone starting life’s journey, or for someone who is having a life moment.Very much liked this book, will put in my “read once a year stack”Stacking tacos 🌮 🌮🌮🌮

    Very important for young adults
Hands down the best book I have ever read. Sam is an amazing author. I was actually able to share my ideas that he talks about in the book. And messaged him on instagram and he responded back. I recommend this book to all teenagers and young adults and honestly anyone. I have also decided that my one small consistent action is going to be volunteer rehab rehabilitation hospital with physical therapist since that is what I am going to college for. Thank you so much Sam

    Great feel good book!
f you’re looking to buy this book, you’ve probably seen some of Sam’s reels before — and that’s great. The moment you start reading, you can actually hear it in his voice, which is awesome because he’s such a positive person. The way he writes makes you feel like you’re just sitting and having a conversation with him, not reading a book. Honestly, you’ll catch yourself answering the questions he asks about your own life while finding solutions at the same time. You also get a deeper understanding of the man, which is totally worth it because he’s awesome. I even DM’d him when he said to in the book, and he responded — unexpected, but it shows exactly what kind of person he is. You will get something great out of this book, I guarantee it. I’ve already read it twice and I’m loaning it to a friend now (sorry, Sam lol). And shoot, if you end up hating it, I’ll refund you your money — just kidding, but you won’t want one anyway. So take the leap and buy the book!

A well-written book carrying essential tools for a successful life. It’s about “us” and not “me”, and thus achieving dreams by being better humans. Sam Demma’s voice resonates through every sentence – cheerful, straightforward, and with a big heart. Highly recommend to everyone 100%

Empty your backpack was the first book I have read since high-school, stemming from the Harry Potter era.I first noticed Sam Demmas clips online, regarding a positive outlook with tools for growth. This lead me to empty your backpack. Not having read for several years and not for a school project, it was the perfect book to start reading again. The book was easy to read and very engaging with the real life stories in it. If you’re looking for a book that can help you along your journey in creating impact in your life, this book is it.Hope everyone enjoys the read as much as I did.

What a great and absolutely inspiring book! Just finished it and can’t wait to give it to my 19year old daughter that’s starting to study now and my son will get it as a birthday gift for his 13th birthday. The book is smoothly to read and it’s a good idea to have a notebook and a pen on hand to make notes and including your goals with some action steps you want to take to achieve them!Don’t fall of the presumption that Sam is quite young and you can’t learn from him. He spent so much time and effort on learning and his mindset that I think everybody can take something very useful out of this book. I‘m 44 and totally exited to change my life.I‘m going to buy some more of this book to give it away as a present to people I like the most. One more thing:don’t forget to „be someone‘s taco“

An excellent book, motivating people of all ages (especially youth) to empty their backpacks of limiting beliefs, and fill it with motivation, encouragement, and self-belief. Sam shows, through examples from his own life actions, that anything is possible. If you want something bad enough, through small consistent actions, and setting yourself apart from the average player, you can make it happen! He shares steps that we can take in our everyday lives to make the world a better place. Small consistent actions. I’m so excited for his next release of “Be Someone’s Taco”. Everyone has a purpose in this world. Let’s use our actions to make the world a better place! Highly recommend 🙂
