The best mug by far
I’m very impressed with this new model. The old one was okay but this is a major improvement! Ten times better than the ember travel mug that the coffee has to be Hot to begin with! This one I pour in the coffee commute to work when I get to work put it to heat and within moments piping hot coffee that stays hot for hours, not 90 minutes. Excellent mug

Not as responsive as you would think
Turning on and adjusting the temperature on this heated coffee mug is not easy as it doesn’t always respond to pressing the surface. This can be very frustrating especially when the cup is filled with a hot beverage. Overly-exaggerated pressing does not seem to make things any better. Sometimes the pressing works, and other times it doesn’t.My suggestion is to find another unit as this mug seems to be very difficult to respond.

I recently purchased this coffee tumbler, and I’m absolutely impressed with its performance!As you can see, I had a ember mug but it’s battery life is not that great. On the other hand, the tumbler keeps my drink at the perfect temperature for hours, and the battery life is fantastic. Even on long drives, the battery lasts long enough to keep my coffee hot from start to finish.The sleek design fits perfectly in my car’s cup holder, making it an ideal companion for my daily commute. The mug would be better off with a version that was not touch sensitive instead normal buttons. I find this mug’s features nice on paper though impractical and infuriating not working for trade work. I cant take off my gloves every time I need the darn thing to work.

THIS CUP IS AWESOME HAVE USED THIS CUP FOR 27 DAYS IT HEATS UP VERY FAST KEEPS COFFEE HOT AT TEMPERATURE OF 140 FOR 11 HOURS AND AT 150 FOR 10 HOURS, THIS CUP DOES’T LEAK IF TIPED OVER IT WILL TURN OFF THAN WHEN SAT BACK UP WILL TURN BACK ON AT SAME TEMP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEN THIS CUP WILL UP DATE IN A COUPLE MONTHS

Not bad, but I expected better
First off, the cup does work. The battery charges, and the cup does a good job of keeping the liquid at a constant temperature. That being said, there are a few things about this smart cup that left me disappointed.The instructions… yikes. They are terrible. And what font size is that? Maybe 4? Combined with the cup’s touch controls being extremely unintuitive, it was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to make this cup work the way I wanted. A few weeks after I started using the cup, I inadvertently changed the preset temperature down to the lowest setting. I couldn’t find the manual right away, and tried to figure out how to get the temperature setting back to 120. No luck. A few days later, I found the manual and was able to fix the temperature, but it speaks to how unintuitive the cup controls are.The battery life is just OK. I have found it’s best to turn the cup off after the liquid is heated to my desired temperature of 120 degrees. The cup is vacuum insulated, so the liquid stays warm for a while. You can always power the cup back on for a few minutes if the liquid cools down too much before you finish it. The amount of liquid you can have in the cup is limited, so you will probably be done before it cools too much.The claim of 16 hour battery life is just false. My battery will be drained in 8 hours if I keep the cup turned on and heating the contents to 120 degrees.

Heats really really well make your beverage like you’ve just made it. Highly recommend this and it’s 100% worth $120. Kinda sad that it’s only about 500ml
