Best purchase! Comes with so many attachments and no issues with the delivery. Puts out a lot of steam and works so great on everything. Large capacity for water so don’t have to refill very often. Very sturdy and worth the money. Very lightweight and Cleans amazing! Would recommend.

Great Dupray steamer!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — Highly Recommend! The Dupreni Steamer Cleaner is honestly amazing! I bought it mainly to tackle my tile floors, and WOW — it made such a big difference. The steam power really lifted all the dirt and grime, and the tiles looked so much cleaner right away. Super easy to use, heats up fast 8mintues , and actually does what it promises. If you’re looking for something that really works and makes cleaning way easier, this is the one. I truly loved it. Worth every penny — I definitely recommend it!

Caution: using this is addictive
Caution: causes exhaustion, sore arms and addictive tendencies to reveal themselves. I bought this and HOLY COW. My kitchen cupboards and appliances have never been cleaner. I can’t stop steaming things! It’s insanely easy, fast and the results are insane! It’s so satisfying to watch grease and grime literally disappear. I don’t usually add photos to reviews but it’s too good not to. Left side is before, right side is after. I moved into a house that has white cupboards. (I don’t recommend this color choice as they show EVERYTHING) but it’s fine. Buy a steamer. This steamer. You will not regret it. I’m going to steam every surface of my house. Just use caution in unsealed wood and cabinets. The edges of the inner panel where it meets the trim did get a little moist and shows some bubbling. I don’t care because they are clean 😂🤷🏻♀️

Nice steam cleaner
This is my 2nd steam cleaner. The last one lasted almost 20 years and was some off brand. It started having problems so I got rid of it. I searched for maybe a good year for a new one as I don’t use them very often, but when I use it, I just want it to work. So, I bought the Dupray Neat and it arrived two days ago. It was actually shipped faster than the original delivery day by a week, so I was pleasantly surprised.Yesterday, I decided to open it and give it a whirl. I only use distilled water. It holds up to 1000 ml of water but I didn’t know how long that would last as it was only a test run to see how long it produced steam. so I only put in 500 ml. I used it almost constantly for about 20 minutes before the steam ran out. So, a decent amount of time for only 500 ml of water. Longer than the previous no name steamer. Also, it’s super simple to use. Simply put in the water in the built in funnel (which works perfectly) and hit the big on/off button. I pressed the on/off button a few times before I turned it on to see how easy it was to press. It was super simple. But, that put it in the on position. No big deal. You have to turn it on anyway.Regardless, got it filled up and turned on. It only took about 15 minutes to heat up. So, about the same as my last cleaner. Now, here’s the good parts. The unit is made from very durable plastic. It’s very sturdy, the attachments attach with no problem at all, the handle is comfortable and has a lock to keep it on. I like that because your hand starts to get tired after holding this for 15 minutes or so.I started with the kitchen sink. We have super hard water and after 10 years the sink has accumulated a ton of calcium. The steam cleaner was not able to remove this. I assume I’ll need to use some chemicals to break up the calcium and then clean it with the steamer. It literally did nothing to the calcium. However, my cabinets, stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator, floors, stove top, and the walls worked like a charm. The calcium in the sink was just too much. Tbh, I didn’t expect it to work anyway.I used the mirror attachment as well and my mirror is spotless now. Looks better than it did new!Cons:Not powerful enough to remove deep fused calcium deposits in a sinkpros:LightweightWorksdurable feelingeasy to useeasy instructionseasy to filleasy to storeBasically, it works as advertised and IMO was a great investment. If you’re in the market for a steam cleaner, this is the one for you. Also, I never give a 5 star rating because you can always improve. However, IF I did give 5 star ratings, this would be one.Buy it!

A must have – forever
This is a must have for me now. My husband got me it after we bought a new house and I had been wanting it for a year or so but always talked myself out of it. It ended up being perfect. I got this cart to put it on top of and store all it’s pieces and cloths in. I drag this thing around with me everywhere. I can clean 3 rooms with it typically before needing to refill. But I use it for everything. I’ll clean my cabinets and counters and then switch on the floor attachment and clean the kitchen floor then go clean the livingroom floor and switch attachments and clean the big glass door and then switch and clean my kids yogurt off the rug. I’d definitely recommend getting this specific cart. It fits perfectly snug and it makes the use of the actual steamer way easier. It has a spot for everything, the clean rags and bonnet have their own shelf on mine that I use the wooden top cover on to cover them and keep them clean. The bottom is where the large attachments go and ill throw my dirty ones there while im cleaning and them take them to the wash right after. Definitely get a pack of bonnet and it’ll quickly become ur favorite cleaning tool. I haven’t needed to buy more of the floor pads because 3 has been enough for me. I usually clean 3 to 4 rooms at a time and by the time im ready to do another round of rooms ill have them clean already. If you don’t have a washer and dryer, u can hand wash them, but if ur not going to do that then buy twice as many as you think you’ll need. I know because when I didn’t have this and didn’t own a home and lived in a 800 sq ft apartment there still was never enough rags in between laundromat visits. But if u have a wash and dryer- 3 floor pads should be fine and an extra pack of luke 12 bonnet is good. Keep a towel on the cart if you don’t want to wait for floors to dry too!The steamer has wheels, but this way let’s u have everything all together in the area ur using it constantly and then when ur done wrap the cords up onto the hooks and ur done. Stick it in the closet til u need it again.I have a set of 14 stairs in my house and it’s light enough even on the cart that I can easily carry it up and down. Everything being compact like this let’s me use it whenever I want without it being a whole ordeal. If I know my livingroom or my bedrooms are gonna need cleaning I still and start it up ahead of time to make sure by the time im ready to go its already good and ready too. This has saved me soooo much money already too on cleaning products. I only have one enzymatic cleaner I need now. I buy a gallon of that every 3 months and im good to go. So it’s definitely worth the purchase. This is becoming a 3 item/part review. LmaoOh and I needed to replace the cap because the gasket broke and when I had a hard time finding a replacement I called the Dupray (I cant remember the names spelling) customer service and got to speak woth a human. She asked me what part of the knob was broken and I told her “the rubber ring” and she got me the oart nu.ber so that I could just get more of those instead of replacing the whole cap. Super helpful!!! 👌 10 stars from me.When this one finally does break (🤞 long live the king) ill be back for another one for sure..Last thing- my son dropped it one time and it lived. So it’s durable! Lol

Easy to use, unpack, put handle together, add water turn on and wait For green light to come on. Rolls nicely on floor and low pile carpet. Plea to of tools and floor cleaning pads. Washing windows hats a bit messy as the steam is strong and in window quickly evaporated and drips but that’s the nature of steam cleaners. U used the extra cloth provided to wipe up droplets on window sill. I didn’t have much luck in cleaning the oven as I used up all my small brushes on window sills and small spots. Some hairs bent. Will have to order more. I will attempt in summer to steam my mattress and couches (they will dry out faster with windows open) I will also try it on my car carpet and small crevices ( will update later with review of that). You are buying directly from company so the customer service is amazing so far. They have follows up with me on my purchase and also sent me updated pads for floors -no charge. To me it still was just a ream cleaner, until I did the most daunting task of cleaning all my doors. A job I hate doing. I made the handle shorter and attached the soft brush and went over all the doors, knobs, door frames. I was impressed! It took me less than half day to do 34 doors! Usually a week of work for me. After that, I kept the gadget. I had few of these, and this in is the most powerful one I have ever had in my long life of collecting cleaning machines ;). It was also amazing on stair cases and small crevices between the spindles. No more wiping kitchen cabinets from crust food and sticky hands. I run the steamer in my wood cabinets and wipe off with provided cloth. Haven’t tried bathroom yet, will post that in my update later. I was a bit confused on the pricing though, some customers said that the price was 250 and they got it on sale for 150. When I was purchasing it (jan 2021) price was 300 and on sale for 250?? I have had this not long, it seems sturdy and it has nice long hose and cord. Before my warranty expires, I will update if this item actually will last the year. Also, love how small it it, so easy to grab and haul it upstairs. One thing would be great if the cord could rewind automatically and it has a cumbersome storage under the unit to wrap the cord around (I know I won’t be wrapping it for sure)

The purpose I bought this item is for cleaning/sanitizing the wood/ceramic floor because I have a 3-year-old son at home. You can feel it is high quality made and modern design. I tried on wood floor and ceramic floor while my son is still sleeping. The result is as expected. After tried on ceramic grout with included brush head, the result is amazing. (My kitchen, dining and entrance area is around 400 sf and never deep cleaned. I planned to use chemical grout cleaner and finally gave up because of amount of workload.)But be careful, it is a STEAM cleaner. You need more patient and read the manual first. For my experience, one refill of 1.2 litre water(max fill) will last around 40 minutes for continuous using and can clean surface area around 700-800 square feet. For deep cleaning your ceramic grout, it may only clean 60-100 square feet for 12”x12” tiles.Pros:1. quality made and modern design.2. easy use and very efficient for deep cleaning your tile grout.3. plug in middle of house , almost you can reach every corner if your floor surface is less than 1000 square feet.Suggestions:1.Add auto shut-off function when container is empty. Currently when you push the trigger and no steam comes out, power button is green, it means container is empty.2. Add more safety cautions in the manual, personally I think it is adults toy , avoid your toddler/teenager to operate it.

I bought a Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner in July 2022 – SUPER HAPPY!!(I only write reviews for me – and or people like me that have to research everything before they buy, because they are tired of buying garbage and they want what they buy to WORK – hope you find it helpful.)If I had known – that I could have had one of these 30 years ago and spared myself from all the chemicals and my chemical sensitivity breathing issues and asthma attacks. It decreases revolting jobs by ¾ in time. Thank you – Dupray – so much manufacturing a steam cleaner that does what you say it does. It makes cleaning the disgusting things that people don’t even realize are absolutely filthy and ‘super groase’. (note to others – take your sinks and pipes apart – you will vomit! Use the steam cleaner on your front loading washing machine rubber seal – NASTY!)So, I started my research looking at Bissel, Karcher and McCulloch – It mattered to me that they would:a). Ship to Canada (McCullock doesn’t)b). had a hose, so that I could fit it into the toilet tank and my front loading (Bissell is like an iron – with a 3 inch ‘beak’ so it does not fit into confined spaces, andc). Have a hight temperature. This is my first steam cleaner – it is not an upholstery shampooer – there is no ‘moisture’ extraction.High quality extension handle – solid and metal – 217 degrees (think so it is super hot), length of hose is great, tools are great, bought the extra accessories kit (more clothes, floor pads, and steamer tips – buy it – I am glad I did.)What have I cleaned? Well, just moved into a FILTHY condo so the range hood/microwave was dripping with grease, under the stove and fridge had not been cleaned for likely 10 years (guessing due to dead bugs, spider webs, placemats, and food debris). So, I scraped, vacuumed and then steamed – rock star – I almost didn’t gag.PICTURES: Well, like I said – there are dirty things that no one thinks about – that are groase and can make you sick. The thought of ‘other people’s bacteria, hair and dirt’ make me want to vomit’. Sorry – that is the truth. The overflows in my bathrooms are black, the sink cups in the kitchen are black – the toilet tanks where covered in mould, the front loading cloths washing machine’s front gasket seal had baked on brown slime that smelt like sulphur and vomit. The entire stove including the frame where the drawer slides in was absolutely filthy – years of grime and food bits. Kitchen tile grout was black – turns out it is light grey. I used it on my Weber Q grills – they came out like new! (serious – I was shocked that it worked!) Next is the rubber on my husbands car that is growing algae – (really?) – yes algae! The steamer also kills spiders! Woo Hoo!Anyway, the long and the short of it is this – you can seriously burn yourself – so no ‘sleep cleaning’ – this unit is worth the money and will do the job. Stop researching and buy which ever Dupray model fits your needs. I am in a condo – so Neat worked for me.

I never write amazon feedback. But, the Dupray Neat has compelled me to come back and write about my experience with this. It blows every other Steam cleaning product out of the water in its price range. The Bissell and Shark options are awful compared to the Dupray Neat.Positive things:-You can literally clean every surface with this.-The design is nice to look at (not really nice to interact though with, see below)-You don’t need to buy any chemical cleaners for almost any surface (I would still invest in Windex and Stainless steal cleaner; stove cleaner is possible as well.)-No paper towels needed. Invest in a few extra microfiber clothes and just wash them after.-Steam seems much hotter compared to Bissell/Shark products.-Way more attachments/usability than Bissell/Shark products.-Best way to clean a toilet I’ve ever discovered.Negative things — there are a lot, but don’t take this as being a bad product.-Plug cable management is bad. You literally have to lift it up and write it around the bottom.-There is no hose management. You can’t detach it. It just sort of flaps around like an elephant trunk when I’m trying to store it.-I’ve used it a few times already and I really have no idea how much water to put in it. It hasn’t blown up yet, though, so I guess it’s not the end of the world if you end up putting too much water in it. The first time I thought “oh I’ll just fill it with water to the top.” I don’t think you’re supposed to do this. In their defense, they provide a mL amount in their instruction manual, but most users really would just like to throw some water in this and get steaming. There’s no way to figure out how much water you’ve already put into it.-There are all of these warnings about NOT OPENING THE TANK UNTIL ALL THE STEAM HAS BEEN DISCHARGED. But, the steam seems to last forever(not literally, but I want to say I got at least 20 minutes of straight steam.) So I really have no idea when I can and can’t open the tank. Again, it hasn’t blown up on my yet, so I suspect all their warnings might be slightly exaggerated.-The hose gets tangled very easy. The cute little cube follows me all over the apartment as I steam things, but sometimes I have to go back and untangle his hose.-It can be uncomfortable to pick the tank up when it’s fully heated — even with the handle.-I haven’t quite figured out how the mirror/glass cleaning tool is supposed to work. It mostly just drips all over the glass and makes a giant mess. All said and done, it’s an amazing product. I won’t live without one anymore.
