Excellent lights. very easy to install.
I really like these lights. They were easy to install and use. I was able to cut the length to fit under my cabinets and still have them working! The light is solid without any issues of dark spots. They turn on and off every time I need them. I really like that these are dimmable. I can use them when in the kitchen and need just a little light but don’t want to wake up my husband with a really bright light. I love that these come with the adhesive already attached. No need to fight with double sided sticky tape with these. Just remove the backing and stick them where you want them. The adhesive has held up well and not shown any sign of coming off. The remote is my favorite part. I keep it in the bedroom so when I am walking down the hallway, I can turn them on (in my small apartment) having a some light to see with but not so much that it is overwhelming. These are a really good value. I will definitely use these again in the future.

Why didn’t I get this sooner? LOVE!
I knew these would be perfect for my IKEA display cabinet lighting and I was right. Due to the layout of the cabinet and the number of shelves, I knew I would need additional connectors. So, I bought an another kit from the same brand on Amazon and this review is kind of a joint review for them both. I couldn’t have completed the project or gotten as much out of the LED strips without the connector kit.This is the kit I purchased for extra connectors and wire that fit with these lights: Hosyl Solderless COB LED Strip Light Connectors (20 pcs) + Wire https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F6MHJ17CI am so pleased with the results of the lights. It took me evenings install them but it was well worth it. The lights are very bright but diffuse well. The strips are thin enough to run in the bevel inside my cabinet. It’s like they were made for each other. The remote makes turning the lights on and off simple, though I’ve learned not to touch the strobe, flash, or other effects. The lights have memory so if you turn them off hoping to reset them and get the flashing to stop, it won’t work. They’ll remember and flash again when you turn them back on. The remote also has buttons for brightness % presets. I mistakenly thought these were timers at first, but the 10 button is not for 10 minutes but 10% brightness.Installation was time consuming, but simple. I just needed scissors and pliers, one to cut the wire and the other to smush the connectors together. Just taking my time and thinking things through and checking my work as I went meant I had no issues.I can’t believe that I waited years to do the lighting in this cabinet. This was so worth it and I am beyond happy that I found these kits. They were perfect and everything I wanted. I do have a little left over but I’d need another power source to do anything with them. Having the extra light all along the sides instead of just the ceiling of the cabinet makes such a difference. I love them so much.

Worth the money.
These lights are everything you’d want in this type of lighting. It’s a nice pleasing quality of light and the remote comes with a way to control basically every brightness available from relatively dim at 10% all the way up to looking at the sun on 100%. It also can flash in a few different ways, as well as fade in and out – the speeds of which are also all adjustable, though it is of course just the single color. The adhesive on the back seemed to work fine for my walls, and I was impressed at how it came with some additional wires and an adapter allowing you to easily connect it to more strips (which I just may do). When you power it off or unplug it, it will come back on at whatever your previous setting was. The power cord is nice and long too, which I appreciated. I’d definitely recommend it and would buy more of these.

You’ll want to watch a tutorial
I bought this LED light kit with a plan to make it backlit headboard, never having done any LED lighting projects before. included light strip is very, impressively bright and flexible, it’s dimmable down to 10%. I find myself using it out between 10 and 40%. I ordered the 3000K, but it looks a bit cooler to my eyes. Adhesive backing made installation super easy. The light strip can be cut with scissors. Connectors are included for three pieces of light strip. You can buy more connectors if you want to do a more complex set up, however, the two included connectors were enough for me to do the two right angles I needed for my headboard. you can also buy right angle connectors, which would be even easier to use than the included ones. You have to cut the strip across the copper terminals. when attaching the strip to a connector, you have to squeeze the connector terminals with a pliers to establish a connection, or the next section will not light.The week point here for me is the controller. The remote feels like a piece of crap with those stupid bubble buttons. It has a button for on and a button for off, and I can never remember, which is which. why not just one >:( However, the controller is separate from the light strip, and the light strip works with any controller, so I plan on grabbing a dimmable controller switch, or a smart dimmable controller so I can control it with my phone.Personally, I wish I had used one of the light strips where you can change the color temperature of the LEDs, as I would like it to be a bit warmer. But my headboard looks very cool, like a fancy hotel, and the strip provides great mood lighting.

Nice strip for consistent lighting, especially when recessed or on the brightest setting
This is a quality light strip. It’s the first COB one I’ve used. I was a little surprised that you can still easily make out individual LEDs, but it’s a lot more difficult on the highest brightness setting. As long as you aren’t staring right at it, it’s much more consistent lighting than strips that have a significant space between modules. The color temperature is good for a lot of situations and uses, and the remote works fine. It’s simple and effective. It’s nice that the include a couple of wire bends, and the AC adapter seems more solid than most. It would also fit better in most power strips than others I’ve used for light strips.
