Quality of upload = Quality of image displayed
Color is more tan than grey but still is a good color for my decor. Material is plastic in nature but does not look “cheap.” Very easy set up. Picture quality is as clear as the picture you upload. You can only upload groupings of 10 photos unless you want to pay a monthly subscription fee (I did not read this when purchasing). Very happy with this product so far.

My parents LOVED this gift and the app used to operate it is sooooo user friendly that even my not so tech savvy parents are able to operate it! The frame is beautiful too. So sleek and goes with various decor styles. I love the slideshow feature and you can use photos or videos. This is a go to gift for parents and wanting to constantly update their photo frames around the house but without the hassle of having to print photos. Upload directly from your phone!

Ok this is a super cool frame! It exceeded my expectations. I bought this for my mom who is 76 because she lives in Florida and I live in Massachusetts and she misses my 7 month old son terribly. She isn’t real big on using her cell phone anymore, so my husband thought this would be a great way to keep her updated with photos of the baby and events. She cried on the phone when I told her how I can upload photos directly to her frame in FL from my phone in MA <3 so that made me so happy. What I didn't realize that I loved is that you can caption the photos. This is extra awesome because my mom is starting to have some memory issues and gets names mixed up, so I have already uploaded about 80 photos so far and was glad that I could add a caption so she will know who is who or how old my son is in the picture. It also says in the caption who sent the picture to the frame because many people can download the app to send photos to the frame. It shows the time and weather on the frame, but you can change that in the settings. You can change just about everything in the settings which I think is awesome. It's very user friendly, but doesn't give a ton of instructions in the manual so I mean myself at age 38 had a fine time with it but I typed up my own instructions for my elderly mom and stepdad. The picture quality is amazing and the white frame is pretty. You can stand the frame up either horizontally or vertically and the picture adjusts as you flip it. The person with the frame can also 'like' or 'love' the photos which is fun. I shipped this from MA to FL via USPS and it was around $13 shipped via ground (because it contains lithium batteries). It took about a week to arrive. Just adding that info in case anyone else is buying one to ship to someone. I sent it to myself first because I wanted to set it up and see how it works.

Great quality digital frame with WiFi upload
I purchased this digital picture frame for a present for my father’s birthday. I love that anyone who you invite with a code on the app can also upload photos. It is very easy to use the app. Quality of the photos are perfect. The only negative is that it must be plugged in to be able to view the photos, it cannot be unplugged or it will turn off and then it has to reboot up again.

Excellent digital frame, and versatile with option to use or disable WiFi
If you are looking for a digital photo frame, this is the one to get. The price is right, the picture (screen) quality is sharp and, best of all, the frame is versatile in a couple of really helpful ways.First and foremost, this frame does not rely on or require WiFi/internet. I didn’t realize I cared about this until I purchased a much more expensive (Aura) digital frame for my grandmother and ran into issue after issue. My grandmother lives in an assisted living facility and, while there is a wireless network for the residents, the connection is not strong and bandwidth extremely limited. This not only made it difficult to download the photos to the frame (that I had uploaded to the cloud via the Aura app) but it also led to problems with the frame going offline and displaying a blank screen, which I could not troubleshoot over the phone with my grandmother.So, this is what led me to toss the Aura frame and purchase a Frameo frame instead. This frame is the best of both worlds. You have the ability to connect it to WiFi and, in turn, remotely add/delete photos via the Frameo app. BUT, you can also just plug a USB drive into the back of the frame and have it display the photos off the drive, the old fashioned way.This thing is certainly not old fashioned, though. Not only can the frame read and display the photos off of the USB drive in real-time, but it can also load and display photos from the built-in 32GB hard drive. So, what that means is that you can just copy your photos over to the frame from your USB drive and then take your USB drive home with you at the end of the day, rather than have to leave it plugged into the back of the frame like you used to have to do.This is what I mean by versatility. This frame will work for you no matter your circumstances or level of technical knowledge.
