Good extinguishers and great customer service from Seller
I ordered 4 Buckeye extinguishers and when I received them one of the extinguishers was damaged during shipping. The handle was bent and the extinguisher lost some of its charge. I reached out to the sender and they responded immediately. They offered to send out a replacement and I received it a few days later. I am very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to order from the seller in the future.

Easy to mount – good quality
The extinguishers are well packed for shipping and mounts are included. Not sure how to rate the effectiveness unless I have to use it on a fire. Hopefully that never happens but I believe it’s always good to have a fire extinguisher handy.

Came Completely Dead
I purchased a Buckeye extinguisher because of brand reputation and I have purchase other Buckeye fire safety items. However this extinguisher came with no charge. The gauge read 0 PSI, I tipped it upside down to make sure the media powder was in fact in the extinguisher which it was. I tapped on the gauge to also make sure it was not stuck and it did not move as there is no pressure charge.

Fast delivery. Got second one for my new home. Buckeye USA made extinguishers are the best. Everyone should have one in their home. By one now. Don’t be one who wishes they did.

Seems good but handle is severly bent
The metal handle is completely bent, so bad that the safety clip won’t stay in the handle. If I didn’t need it right away to replace a defective one before a safety inspection, I would have sent it back. We are making due with it but not happy that the handle is so been. I will add a picture later.

I had an issue with the extinguisher, upon arrival. I reached out and the seller responded IMMEDIATELY and resolved the issue. This type of customer service is hard to find! And the product (even with the issue) was Heavy Duty and exactly as described… if not better. I highly recommend this product and the seller! 🙂

Improper boxed and packaged by shipper.
Good product that was shipped very poorly packed. Individual packaged inside a box with no filler by USPSAmazon gave an instant refund and the two damaged and discharged fire extinguishers are in the trash.
