Great mop easy to handle
Best mop. Strong mop, equipment is very nice. Cleaning pads are great quality. Cleans floors effortlessly. Heats up well. Attachments work. Light weight easy to handle. Water lasts long enough to do a great sized area.

Worth every penny
I love my steam mop so much I use it every day. This makes my floors so clean and it’s very light and easy to use. I am also enjoying all the attachments to steam my mattress, chairs, couch and cabinets. This is the best steam mop I have owned.

Works good not but not for removing stains
It’s a good replacement for mop! Cleans the floors pretty good. I only used the mop and the tip for shower walls so far. Mop works pretty good but if there is a stain on the floor I have to get it by hand whatever your mop will cleans this does too. If there is something little sticky on the floor this wont remove it. I also used the tip for shower walls and bath tub. It did clean the shower walls pretty good, but not faucets and neither the tub! I was hoping that I can skip chemicals and just use this for cleaning the bath tub, it won’t do it. Steam just cleans the soap scum and that’s about it! Cord length is ok. If you’re in a small house or apartment it’s good. If your house has bigger areas you have to keep changing the plug! But cord length is ok I think. Amount of water fits in there is enough to do a big living and kitchen area. It’s pretty good. I’m general it’s a good product. If you’re looking for deep cleaning product this is not a good option but for regular cleaning it works pretty good !

BEST MOP PURCHASE I’VE EVER MADE
I love my steam mop. When the machine failed to work one day, I quickly looked to see if I had a warranty. Why? Because I didn’t want to be without my steam mop. So many ways to steam out the dirt and grime without having to scrub. I can also use the shorter attachments to wipe out my oven once the self-cleaning phase has completed. When pet’s toss their cookies in a hidden place you don’t see for days? This machine steams everything loose, wipes up the mess and sanitizes. If you’re a pet owner – you get it. LOL

Buyer beware
I received a used mop. I ordered and paid for a brand new mop. There were no packing materials or plastic bags or wrap on the parts or in the box. All the parts were loose in the box. Just thrown in the box. The instructions and paperwork were just shoved into the box and crinkled up. They were not in a plastic envelope like they should have been. There was lint and pills on the mopping pads. I put it together and tried it anyway. The mop head did not make complete contact with the floor. It collected dirt around the edges, but did not in the center. When I removed the tank to use the connecting accessories, the tank leaked all over the place. When I connected the garment steamer, the garment steamer just spit water out constantly. No matter what temperature I had it on. When using the tank, you have to hold onto the tank while you are also also doing the job you’re doing. The hose isn’t long enough and there’s no way to set the tank up on anything. The mop itself does not stand up on its own at all. You let go of the handle and it just flops down on the floor immediately. I’ve had other steam mops, and this one is a train wreck. I did not appreciate getting a used one either!

Worth the money
Works beautifully. We have 2 large dogs that have a doggie door so we have a lot of tracked in mud. This mop is the only thing that works to get the floor clean

Only worked for less than 3 months.
Great until it breaks. I’ve had this mop for less than 4 months and used it for everything from floors, to my couch, and even the bathroom. But it is now incredibly squeaky and the steam no longer flows through the mop pad but at the connection socket and is no longer working properly. Really frustrating.

First you need to understand that I have been using a Vaporetto steamer for my floors for 20 years. Nothing cleans like steam. The problem that I was trying to solve, is making the cleaning faster. Vaporetto is cumbersome in a sense that it take 20 min to warm up and is quite an ordeal to drag that canister all around you house and move from floor to floor. I was looking for same result but for quick and more often clean. Original intent was for my wood floors. It does a very good job due to the adjustable steam. One con is that the water reservoir makes the wand large in the middle which prevents me pushing the unit under my couch or bed 😞. I was also sceptical about the size of the container, not knowing how many times I will have to stop and refill. To my surprise I’ve done both of my floors on one reservoir! Lovely! Now, since it came with all bunch of other attachments I started experimenting. To my shock, I have discovered an even better use for this little gadget. Shower people!!!! I HATE cleaning my shower. I need a mental prep for this task and am always postponing it. Don’t judge people! Well, I have used literally every single attachment in my shower…. Yes even the metal brush ( probably wasn’t supposed to but hey. I was on a mission!) it was incredible how easy it was to clean it. Of course, as you can see in the pictures, I have neglected it big time 😳. So, it took me a while to clean it, but with this gadget it will be done regularly and it will be clean in no time. This was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I would have bought it just for this! My only concern is the durability. The plastic doesn’t seem very sturdy. I’m not sure how durable the unit will be. TBC. That vaporetto won’t be coming out any time soon! 😁The fact that you can easily refill and it takes no time to start pushing out the steam this is an every day cleaning device.

I thought since I was ordering from Amazon Singapore, having it sent to a Singapore address, the voltage would be for Singapore, just took a look, and found out it’s for USA voltage, and now need to use a converter, extra item to try to lug around while using. I just took a look at description, and the voltage was not mention. Very very disappointed.

It would have been helpful to know the plug is for the US
