Great desktop humidifier
The first thing that caught my eye is the illusion of the water — it looks like droplets are floating upward, which is strangely calming. Kind of like watching a mini science-y art piece on your nightstand or desk. It’s whisper quiet. I run it at night, and I barely hear a thing. The mist is fine and smooth, not that heavy spray that drenches everything. It does a decent job of keeping my plant corner humidified — my ferns seem happier since I started using it — though I wouldn’t expect it to dramatically raise humidity across a whole big room. It’s really more for small spaces or putting right next to what you care about.I appreciate the 600 mL capacity — I don’t have to refill it constantly, but yes, you’ll still need to top it off every day or so, depending on how much you run it. If you use tap water, just be mindful: with ultrasonic mist tech, mineral buildup is a thing, so cleaning every now and then helps. (Apparently, using distilled water helps with that, though some people complain about residue.)The USB-powered design is really handy — I just plug it into my power bank or laptop charger, so there’s no bulky adapter taking over my outlet. And if you like, you can add a drop or two of essential oil for a soft scent, which is nice when winding down before bed.On the safety front, I like that there’s an auto shut-off when the water is too low, so I don’t have to worry about it running dry overnight. The build feels light but solid; it’s made of plastic, but not cheap-feeling.The light is soft and ambient, not super bright, so it’s good as a night light-ish piece without being distracting. Watching the floating droplets with the subtle glow is almost meditative. If I had to pick on downsides: like I said, small humidifiers like this don’t totally control the humidity for a large room. Also, depending on how often you run it, you may find yourself refilling or cleaning more than once a day. And while the water illusion is super cool, it’s not a “levitating water” gimmick — it’s an optical trick, so don’t expect actual water flying up.All in all, though? For the price and the look, it’s been a really fun and useful little gadget. It brings some moisture to the air, gives my plants a little boost, and doubles as a chill decor piece. If you want something compact, quiet, and a little magical-looking, this could be a winner.

Compact and well-designed humidier
I’ve already noticed the colder weather take a toll on my skin and throat, so was excited to get my order of this Winben humidifier! I live in a small apartment, so the compact size was especially attractive, especially since it fit neatly right on my windowsill. The instructions were clear and simple, and I was able to remove the bottom reservoir at the bottom to fill with water. Once plugged in, pushing the On button once activates the full bells and whistles, and it was very cool to have the gravity water flow turn on with the light display. Pushing the button again activates Sleep mode which turns off the light (ideal for overnight function when you’re sleeping), and a final push will turn it off. I found the machine to be near-silent when operating and it pulsed a steady stream of moisture that dissipated well within my bedroom. I also appreciate that the machine supports tap water as distilled water can be pretty expensive and annoying to regularly use and replace.I’ve only used for a few days but have already noticed that my skin is less dry and my throat less dry and scratchy. Overall this is a great little machine to have in the drier months and is both visually stunning and practical! The price was very reasonable as well and I’m already planning on buying more as gifts to my family for the holidays!

Very happy I took the chance to purchase this humidifier, I love it
I love it. Mesmerizing. I was on the fence about ordering this small humidifier based on the mixed reviews and some posted videos but it works perfectly. No strange sounds or water drop issues, so far. The water sounds are pleasant though the light is brighter than I expected. I can see why there is a sleep mode.I have to say figuring out how to open the machine so I could put water in it was quite an adventure. Once I realized that inside the tray had different shaped corners clicking it closed became much easier.Having experience with several personal humidifiers there is always a tubular cotton wick or two that soaks up the water.I am hoping that this unique humidifier works for much longer than one winter season….so do my plants and my dry skin. I can understand people being hesitant to purchase this humidifier but after 24 hours mine is working perfectly and I encourage you to take a chance.UPDATE:The first one I received and used has been working well. So well I got a second one for my office. The humidifiers can make some gurgles and be a bit splattery when you fill to the max indicated. In a short time that settles down to a nice flow. Likewise when the water basin portion is nearing empty it will also act up a bit. I read to use “soft water” my area of the country has hard water. Despite the instructions to not use distilled water I have been mixing 2/3 tap water with 1/3 distilled water. I have no idea how or if this makes any real difference but my attached photos and video show an older white humidifier next to the just arrived green one and both are working well.Another note. I at first thought the older (white) unit was producing more steam than the green but I had only put an inch of tap water in the green unit. Today it seems like the white unit is putting out less steam but now it is nearly empty and the green newer unit is putting out more steam. Might be amount of water, mixture of tap and distilled being a bit different (I eyeball the amounts). They both are easy to clean and wipe down between refills. They run far longer than I expected but that is a plus for me. I do recommend putting a small concave stone tray or an absorbent mat under the unit. As it comes to the end of the fill cycle it does spit a bit. The white faux marble tray can easily be wiped with a towel and an absorbent mat is easily swapped out for a dry one. They both are the same model number. The size is tall as a 24 ounce reusable water bottle. The colors of both are accurately indicated in the description. The plastic feels very much like cheaper plastic. Maybe that is because they have a mat finish and are not super shiny like other plastic items in our lives. The feel makes them seem cheap—they are not cheap toys, but there is weight to the top that has all the mechanical parts and I do hope they last two or more seasons. (I have yet found any humidifier of any size that does not have an expensive filter that needs changing monthly. Even the types needing large filters tend to fail within a few years. This leads me to believe that the system of using any humidifier is just not meant to last ten years. But this is just my opinion from using humidifiers of all sorts.)
