Quality product!
I wish it would beep at me periodically to remind me to use it. But seriously, it works well. Trying to avoid knee surgery by strengthening muscles. I’msure it will work if i use it. Well made quality productand strong.

This item is very useful for strength toning. It comes with many accessories, and it is a very good tool for beginners and pros because the resistance can be adjusted to one’s liking. I use it for more core work than actual arm toning. I use other resistance bands and weights for that. I’m glad I discovered this product and I use it, almost, daily included with my workout routine. I recommend this product for anyone that is or are looking to tone and need a product that offers variability and resistance and don’t like weights. It is also a great price. I’m glad that I discovered this product.

A great portable gym
I travel a lot for work, and I obviously can’t take my home gym with me, but I never know about the quality of the hotel gym equipment, or if it’s going to be crowded, and I’d rather exercise in private. That makes this little piece of portable equipment perfect for me. It was a snap (pun intended) to put together.

I love the product especially the resistance with it.it has helped with working on stretching my body out.it has helped me with therapy as well which is a plus for me since I have injuried my hip it makes doing at home workouts easier.Espcially that they give u bands as well.i love it i just wish they the foot petal had a longer resistance band
