I hopefully never learn how effective it is
When we bought our house six years ago, it came with several fire extinguishers. But that was six years ago, and my understanding is that fire extinguishers expire. But it’s one of those things that you just never get around to, so having this come my way was a blessing. Obviously, without a dreaded fire happening, I couldn’t possibly provide insight as to how effective it is against fires, but by all indications that I have available to me, I can say that I’m confident that it will work. The bottle is sturdy, and it is charged to the proper level, per the indicator. It also comes with a sign that can be hung above it, which in my cluttered utility room will actually come in quite handy. According to the labeling, this fire extinguisher would be effective against wood fires, flammable liquid fires, and electrical fires. That’s good news to me, as in an emergency I don’t know that I would have the wherewithal to compare extinguisher traits with the fire that I’m faced with. I’m happy to have added this fire extinguisher to my home arsenal, and can recommend it for others as well.

Compact, sturdy, and gives real peace of mind
I bought this 2.5-pound ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher to keep in my RV, and it’s exactly what I needed. The size is perfect—compact enough to fit conveniently where I want it, but still large enough to handle a serious flare-up should it occur. The metal handle and sturdy mounting bracket make it feel durable and well-built, not flimsy like some budget models.I really like that it’s rated for Class A, B, and C fires, so it’s safe for just about anything—wood, grease, or electrical. I picked up a second one for my kitchen, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I’ve got protection both at home and on the road.The pressure gauge is easy to read, and it arrived fully charged and ready to use. Useful fire extinguisher for home, RV and business
We got the “2.5LBS ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher for Home & Vehicle, Portable Kitchen/Car/RV Fire Extinguisher, Non-Conductive Multipurpose Class A B C, Red (1-Pack)” to replace a current extinguisher. We luckily haven’t had to use any fire extinguishers yet for personal property, but from experience, they are very helpful to have around when needed. This fire extinguisher feels sturdy; the handle is easy to grip; it comes with a large fire sticker to be place near it on a wall, and it’s clearly labeled. The only thing its missing is a fire extinguisher bracket to secure it to the wall, floor or whatever so it doesn’t fall over, roll around, and accidentally be discharged or get damaged. If not for the fire extinguisher bracket missing we would give this item a five star. Overall, the cost is reasonable and it’s always good to have a fire extinguisher around.

Needs a Bracket for Wall-Mount, but Otherwise a Very Good Extinguisher for Home or Vehicle Use
This is a good quality fire extinguisher that covers most household, automotive or workshop fire suppression needs. The tank is steel and the trigger/handle is as well. It feels quite rugged and its use is clearly described with pictures on a side panel. The amount of chemical included should be adequate for most domestic/consumer needs when dealing with common household or vehicle fires. It’s NOT rated with a K designation, which covers commercial cooking media such as high-heat cooking oils used in deep fryers and griddles, but the B designation should cover that for consumer/household use.This should be a no-brainer for any kitchen, workshop or vehicle. If you want to mount it on a wall, you’ll need to either build a shelf obtain a bracket since it does not come with one.

Small home extinguisher
Recently I realized that my existing extinguishers were out of compliance. This came at the right time.This is a small 2.5 pound extinguisher that feels much heavier than it really is.Made to handle fires from paper to electrical, it is a great addition to any home, garage, worksite, or camper.It comes with a reflective extinguisher sign which can be affixed to the wall or cabinet.Instructions are clearly printed on the side.Pin is secure yet easily removed.I do with it came with a hang hook. I however do have a secure space in a lower cabinet it will fit nicely.Fires can happen anywhere at any time, it is nice to have this peace of mind.

Perfect Peace of Mind for My Home and Car
I finally feel prepared for emergencies. This little extinguisher covers all the common fire types I worry about – a kitchen grease fire, an electrical issue with an appliance, or even something in the car. So Simple, My Teenager Could Use It
We bought this for our RV, and the “simple operation” is a huge plus. The instructions are printed directly on the label in large, clear text. I had my son practice the “PASS” method (Pull, Aim, Trigger, Sweep) with an empty magazine, and he mastered it immediately. It’s not intimidating like some big industrial extinguishers. The tamper-evident seal also gives me confidence that it’s ready to go when we need it. A must-have for any vehicle or small space.

Great for the RV
This is a prefect fire extinguisher to have. We ordered this one for the RV. It is charged full and being an ABC Dry extinguisher it is perfect for electronic fires or kitchen fires. I feel much safer having this. I does not come with a hanger but it includes a large “Fire Extinguisher” peel label. I noted the price and felt thatches must be the normal cost of one. I received it quickly – overnight – but then saw it was 50% off the following day. But safety first…don’t put it off.
