Nice bright
I like the color of these lights, not yellow and not blue, just a nice neutral white. They are nice and bright as well. I used it in a camper pantry cupboard that is deep and dark. I cut them easily and used SIOKUY LED Strip Connectors to space the sections using wire in between the sections and a Luomorgo Closet Switch so the lights come on when the doors opened. used the adhesive to ach the lights to the back of the faceframe of the cupboard and then added some hot melt glue along the light strips to help keep them in place in case the adhesive ever fails. Looks and works great so far and was na fairly simple project with a lot of Bang for the buck. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for something with a natural 4500k daylight color then this is the set you are looking for. For the price of this trip and considering it’s 600 LEDs and the amazing color output this light strip is an amazing bargain compared to the majority here on Amazon. Because of the increased number of LEDs per linear foot there is obviously an increased amperage draw but this is to be expected. I have installed the first strip under my monitor Riser on my desk to light up my paperwork and I have them connected to a dimmer and a 3 amp 12 volt power supply and I have to say it is perfect because I can dial in exactly how much light I am looking for every minute of every day. I have migraines very bad ones constantly which I take medication for prescription medication and I have to say these have helped me in a short period of time reduce the amount of prescription meds that I take for my migraines. It also helps reduce ambient lighting around me keeping the room dimmer but also allowing me to see my monitors clearly and see my paperwork clearly. Also the mounting tape on these is great unlike most and does firmly support the strip. The initial strip that I have installed that I am talking about in this review is only 50 in. I have more I’m installing an additional locations and will update this review Once complete. I can tell you I highly recommend these because they are an exceptional value and the quality is also exceptional. Every segment of LEDs can be cut and are pre soldered on the flexible PCB. Also the strip that I received was a full 16 ft section that was not soldered together but an actual full length which is very rare considering it was purchased online because most of what I have purchased here on Amazon is just segments soldered together. I highly recommend

Great lighting in the trunk (boot) of the car
I put this in the trunk (boot) of my car since the 2 tiny lights at the very rear are not very bright, and tend to be blocked by other things. I put 2 strips, one at the very front of the trunk, and the other in the middle of the trunk, both on top. These 2 strips put out 10x the light of the two little incandescent bulbs, PLUS they are tucked up in the top where nothing will hit them, though they shine down on everything in the trunk. Very handy at night trying to see when loading and unloading the trunk.

I have not installed these LEDs yet but I measured the current demand: 1.4 amps at 12 VDC with 5m long strip. About 17 watts. No measurement for color but based on my experience it looked closer to 3000K. Assuming 10 Lm per watt this strip will produce about 170 lumens.

Bright and perfect
We used it to improve lighting in our RV under the bed storage. Strip was light weight, easy to install, adhesive was good quality. We wired it in series with the overhead led lights, and then added an under bed switch. Safety precaution to not accidentally leave on – as the lights do generate some heat…We’ve had it for about 5 months now and love it.
