Touchy controls.
I listen to white noise all night, so I have to replace sleep phones once or twice a year because the rechargeable batteries wear out. This is the first of this brand and style I’ve gotten. I like that it was a twofer so I have a spare.The sound quality is excellent.The speakers are covered with a soft foam that cushions the ears in side-sleeping. It’s comfortable and well-fitting. This pairs instantly with my phone in 1-2 seconds.I am only giving this four stars because the controls are very touchy and it’s hard to plug in the USBC charging cord through the narrow opening.When I first tried them I must have accidentally turned the volume up on the touchy controls because when it paired with my phone the indicator voice was screaming “MAXIMUM VOLUME, MAXIMUM VOLUME!!!” It was so loud it hurt my ears until I ripped it off my head. I had a hard time getting the volume down.It has been a learning curve to figure out how to plug it in for recharging or unplug it and putting it on my head without increasing the volume. I’ve got the technique down now. But it’s one star lost under “ease of use”.

I bought this 2-pack of Bluetooth headphones (black and gray) for my wife, and they truly exceeded her expectations. She mainly uses them for sleeping and exercising, and they’re incredibly comfortable. The speakers are ultra-thin, so they don’t bother her at all if she sleeps on her side. The sound is surprisingly good for this type of product, with decent bass and good clarity.She also loved that they connect incredibly quickly thanks to Bluetooth 5.4 and don’t disconnect or drop, even when she moves around a lot. The battery lasts for several hours without needing to be recharged. Plus, they’re easy to wash by removing the earcups, which is a huge bonus.I bought the two-pack so I’d have a spare or to share with my partner, and both work perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and good sound for sleeping, meditating, or working out without annoying wires.

Small fit
This item works well. It’s clear to hear and the speakers are adjustable. Making it easy to slide over your ears. The only problem I had with this particular item is that it is too tight. I can’t wear it for long because it gives me headaches because of the pressure it puts on my head. My typical hat size is 7 1/4 which is about a medium. I think this would be great for children.But for adults, the band needs to be a little larger, or more stretchable.So, it doesn’t put so much pressure. Other than that, the item is very well made.

If you sleep on your side and hate regular earbuds, this is your solution. These are genuinely comfortable! The speakers are ultra-thin so I don’t feel them digging into my ear when I’m lying down—it’s a massive difference.The sound quality is perfectly fine for white noise and podcasts.
