Totally love this chandelier more every day! Awesome love the light color choices and remote. The wiring is not the same as USA and in other countries where you have a red wire, white and copper as ground. I had to contact customer service to be certain that the blue wire was NOT HOT. The wires are a little too close to the light, which makes it more difficult to hold and attach as you are hanging it. You definitely need two ppl to install, beyond that it’s well worth the installation obstacle. Ppl comment on it all the time. I wanted a light that would really shine very bright when turned up and I definitely got it. You’ll love this chandelier.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:App doesn’t work. Every time you turn the light on, it goes back to bright cool white and you have to use the remote to change it.Almost no instructions. The crystals attach with a keyring type ring and they are impossible to put on! Why? because you can’t put them on until the light fixture is installed on the ceiling. The jump rings have to be completely sprung open in order to go through the tiny hoops. This makes the crystals pretty precarious.. a good breeze will knock them down.You buy an LED fixture so that you can control the warmth or coolness of the light. But do you really want to use your remote and warm up your lights every single time you flip the switch? I don’t.I absolutely feel completely ripped off. Yes it looks OK but was purchased so that I could control the temperature of my light. You can’t do that..Do not buy this light, please!Go find one in a local store, somewhere with directions in English controlled by an app developed by somebody who speaks English. This is garbage.!(the first photo shows how I want the lights to come on. The second shows how they come on. You must change the temperature and brightness every time.Perhaps the app makes it where you can control how it comes on. But the app does not connect to this light so it’s useless.

Difficult to Install specially the crystals.
It’s beautiful after I finish installing it. The light is powerful and brighten the whole area. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the installation was not easy as this does not go with the previous install. You will need to make news drill holes to properly install it. Also, installing the crystals was very painful. Another thing keep in mind that these crystals are fragile and very easy to break, I broke one see the attached picture.

I did not observe any such certification on this product and, therefore, decided to return it. Additionally, the connecting lead was expected to be sized at 14 AWG as per standard requirements. However, the lead in this fixture was thinner than those typically found in local products. This discrepancy makes it challenging to connect the fixture’s lead to the existing wiring commonly used in Canadian homes.Note: Amazon should ensure that sellers comply with Canadian standards and only list products that meet the necessary safety and quality requirements for the region.
